
On 2/9/2021, USPD received its Certification on Safe Policing for Communities from the Pennsylvania Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission. The certification is pursuant to the Presidential Executive Order No. 13929 on Safe Policing for Safe Communities, dated June 16, 2020. This certification shows that USPD has policies and procedures which follow accepted best practices and allows us to continue to receive federal grants for 3 years until January 31, 2024.
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, the Upper Southampton Township Police Department has now launched an online reporting system though our webpage which can be utilized to report any Non-Emergency Incidents.

The Upper Southampton Township Police Department is a State Accredited Police Agency by the Pennsylvania Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission (PLEAC). The Department was initially accredited in July of 2012 and then re-accredited in 2015 and 2018.
