On 8/12/2019 at 1055 hours, Charles Edward Rose Jr. was the passenger of  a vehicle which was stopped for a traffic violation in the 700 block of Willow Street. During the encounter with police, Rose was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Rose was also found to have two active warrants out of Bucks County.  He was taken into custody, processed and later released to Bucks County Sheriffs.
