9100 block of Sheffield Rd. reported at 2:34PM. Complainant reported receiving a call from Comcast attempting to schedule an appointment because they had a weak signal. The complainant called Comcast who denied making the call. Further investigation revealed it was, in fact, a Comcast employee calling to service a weak signal.
