1600 block of S. Crescent Blvd. reported at 6:05PM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) opened several credit accounts in their name.

INDECENT EXPOSURE & DRUG ARREST – 200 block of Rock Run Rd. reported at 6:22PM. Police responded to the report of a male running around the woods naked. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 34 year old male from LMT for Indecent Exposure, Disorderly Conduct, Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

ATTEMPTED THEFT FROM VEHICLE – 1300 block of Apple Blossom Dr. reported at 11:23AM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and rummaged through it. Nothing reported missing at this time.

WANTED PERSON – Rt. 1 & Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 1:39PM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of a warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Office for a 50 year old male from Quakertown. He was taken into police custody.

RETAIL THEFT - 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 2:45PM. Loss Prevention reported three females entered the store and removed $329.00 worth of merchandise without paying.

COUNTERFEITING:

600 block of Heacock Rd. at McCaffrey’s reported at 6:43PM. Complainant reported 2 unknown males passed a counterfeit $100.00 on this date. The subjects also match the description of two males who passed counterfeit bills at Venezia Pizza on 1/27/20 and at Giant in Morrisville. Investigation ongoing.

600 block of Heacock Rd. at Rite Aid reported at 7:15PM. Complainant reported the same males from McCaffrey’s passed two counterfeit $100 bills at their store. Investigation ongoing.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 700 block of Gordon Dr. reported at 4:31PM. Complainant reported trespassers breaking out windows on the barn. Investigation ongoing.

WANTED PERSON – 1900 block of Timber Lakes Dr. reported at 6:22PM. Police responded to the report of suspicious persons in the area. Further investigation led to the discovery of a warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Office for a 42 year old female from LMT. She was taken into police custody.

RETAIL THEFT - 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 6:40pm. Loss Prevention reported theft of $31.27 worth of merchandise by a known female. Investigation ongoing.

2/12/2020

WANTED PERSON – Rt. 332 & I-295 reported at 11:17AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery that the 24 year old male from Bristol, PA had three outstanding warrants out of the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office. He was taken into police custody and turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.

2/10/2020

FRAUD – 1700 block of Cypress Way reported at 12:00PM. Complainant reported receiving an email that appeared to be from Whole Foods asking them to take part in a survey. The victim was then instructed to deposit a check in the amount of $2,850.00 and use that money to purchase eBay gift cards in the amount of $2,450.00. It was discovered that this was a scam and the check was fraudulent.

ATTEMPTED THEFT FROM VEHICLE:

100 block of Pinnacle Cir. reported at 9:15AM. Complainant reported having video surveillance of unknown person attempting to open their vehicle door.

1100 block of Daffodil Dr. reported at 5:33PM. Complainant reported having video surveillance of unknown person attempting to open their vehicle door.

DRUG ARREST – Unit block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 9:05AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of 7 bags of heroin and drug paraphernalia. The 36 year old male from Langhorne, PA was taken into police custody.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE – 100 block of Pinnacle Cir. reported at 10:31AM. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed loose change.

2/8/2020

THEFTS:

1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Shop Rite reported at 2:11PM. Complainant reported theft of wallet while shopping. The credit cards were then used at several stores. The incident was captured on surveillance.

1400 block of Heather Cir. reported at 7:22PM. Complainant reported theft of $15,000 worth of jewelry.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD – 200 block of Ballytore Ct. reported at 1:15PM. Complainant received an email confirming a purchase made at Walmart. The victim did not make this purchase and does not have a Visa card that was used with their name.

FRAUD – 400 block of Kathy Dr. reported at 1:30PM. Complainant reported receiving a phone call advising them their social security number was compromised and to wire $900.00 for a new number.

1400 block of Wheatsheaf Rd. reported at 9:33AM. Complainant reported surveillance camera captured an unknown person attempt to open their locked vehicle.

COUNTERFEITING - 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Shop Rite reported at 10:24AM. Loss Prevention reported a counterfeit $100 bill was passed on 1/26.

FRAUD – 800 block of River Rd. reported at 11:40AM. Complainant reported after signing up for secret shopper, they received an email and released personal information before realizing it was a scam.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE – 1500 block of David Ter. reported at 11:21AM. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed loose change.

RETAIL THEFT - 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 2:22PM. Loss Prevention reported unknown female removed $119.98 worth of merchandise without paying on 1/31 and two unknown females removed $478.85 worth of merchandise without paying on 1/25.

1400 block of Woodside Rd. at Makefield Highlands Golf Course reported at 9:56AM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) removed ten wooden fence posts and threw them onto Woodside Rd.

1000 block of Buckingham Way reported at 1:20PM. Complainant reported graffiti in the driveway. It has since been cleaned up by Towns Against Graffiti (TAG).

ATTEMPTED FRAUD – Unit block of S. Homestead Dr. reported at 2:35PM. Complainant reported receiving an email regarding an Amazon order they did not place. Upon contacting the phone number, the complainant was advised to pay the invoice with eBay gift cards. The complainant recognized this as a scam and terminated the phone call.

THEFT – 2200 block of Polo Run Dr. reported at 1:38PM. Complainant reported theft of bicycle from bike rack.

FRAUD:

900 block of Kathy Dr. reported at 2:44PM. Complainant reported receiving a phone call advising them that they were approved for a loan but needed to deposit a check for $3,000.00 and purchase Walmart gift cards. It was determined that the check was fraudulent.

8800 block of Spruce Mill Dr. reported at 5:27PM. Complainant reported receiving a call from someone claiming to be from the San Antonio Police Department and stated that their social security number was frozen and needed to verify the information. The victim provided their personal information to the caller.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE - 1900 block of Covington Rd. at the LMT Dog Park reported at 5:31PM. Three complainants reported their vehicles were entered with force (broken windows) and multiple items were taken from their vehicles.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1400 block of Hidden Pond Dr. reported at 11:00AM. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) spray painted the vehicle.

1/27/2020

COUNTERFEITING:

700 block of Stony Hill Rd. at Giant Food Store reported at 11:00AM. Loss Prevention reported four unknown males entered the store and split up. Two males went to one register and purchased $7.95 worth of items with a counterfeit $100 bill. The other two males attempted a similar purchase at a different register, but the clerk was able to identify the counterfeit $100 bill. The four men fled the scene. Investigation ongoing.

600 block of Stony Hill Rd. at Venezia Pizza reported at 5:45PM. Complainant reported three unknown males entered the store on 1/26 and purchased $7.95 worth of merchandise with a counterfeit $100 bill.

THEFT – 2100 block of Polo Run Dr. reported at 1:40PM. Complainant reported theft of two locked bicycles from bike rack.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1400 block of Woodside Rd. at Makefield Highlands Golf Club reported at 9:47AM. Complainant reported damage to 17th hole sometime overnight.

DRUG ARREST – Canal Path & Black Rock Rd. reported at 10:14PM. Police on patrol observed a vehicle parked at the location with drug residue and paraphernalia in plain sight. Further investigation led to the arrest of an 18 year old male from LMT and an 18 year old male from Newtown, PA for Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

DUI ARREST – Edgewood Rd. & Long Acre Ln. reported at 2:03AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 49 year old male driver from LMT for Driving Under the Influence.

THEFT – Unit block of W. School Ln. reported at 8:57AM. Complainant reported theft of packages on 1/24 & 1/25.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – 1500 block of Big Oak Rd. at Carlucci’s Express reported at 6:21PM. Complainant reported unknown male sleeping on a bench at the location. Further investigation led to the 39 year old male from Morrisville, PA being cited for Public Drunkenness.

IDENTITY THEFT – 1700 block of Dyers Ln. reported at 8:50PM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) used their information to obtain an auto loan.

IDENTITY THEFT – 300 block of Flint Ct. reported at 12:09PM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) attempted to open a PayPal account in their name and fraudulent charges on a credit card.

1/20/2020

WANTED PERSON – Rt. 332 & I-295 reported at 9:27AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of a warrant out of Chester County for Failure to Appear for a DUI. The 29 year old male from Morrisville was taken into police custody. He was turned over to Chester County Sheriff’s. He will be cited for Driving While Suspended (DUI).

DRUG ARREST – W. Trenton Rd. & Plaza Blvd. reported at 11:21AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 23 year old passenger from Fairless Hills, PA for Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

1/19/2020

DUI ARREST – 100 block of Polo Run Dr. reported at 2:48AM. Police responded to the report of a male passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle parked on the grass at the location. Further investigation led to the 52 year old male from Fairless Hills, PA for Driving Under the Influence.

TRAFFIC OFFENSE ARREST – Oxford Valley Rd. & Big Oak Rd. reported at 10:08AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to discovery of counterfeit registration. The 25 year old female vehicle owner from Philadelphia, PA to be summonsed for possessing and displaying fraudulent documents including registration.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD – 1800 block of Makefield Rd. reported at 2:49PM. Complainant reported unauthorized use of a credit card in the amount of $1,900.00.

1/18/2020

DUI ARREST – 700 block of Sandy Run Rd. reported at 12:18AM. Police responded to the report of a suspicious vehicle parked in someone’s driveway who got out of the vehicle, stumbled and then took off when confronted. Police located the male at Sandy Run Rd. & Edgewood Rd. urinating next to his vehicle. The 30 year old male driver from Jamesburg, NJ was taken into police custody for Driving Under the Influence.

TRAFFIC OFFENSE ARREST – Oxford Valley Rd. & Big Oak Rd. reported at 3:46PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the 31 year old male driver from Warminster, PA for possessing and displaying fraudulent documents including registration.

HIT & RUN ARREST – Ferry Rd. & Big Oak Rd. reported at 12:16PM. Police responded to the report of a hit & run accident at the location. Involved driver and witnesses were able to provide police with a license plate number. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 29 year old male driver from LMT. He will be summonsed for Failure to stop and provide required information and rendering aid, Careless Driving and driving at unsafe speeds.
