2200 block of Yardley Rd. reported at 8:10AM. Complainant reported unknown person entered the unlocked vehicles and removed sunglasses and an umbrella.

500 block of American Dr. reported at 8:08AM. Complainant reported unknown person entered the unlocked vehicle and removed change.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 2100 block of N. Crescent Blvd. Reported at 7:24AM. Complainant reported observing footprints in fresh snow which led from a rear neighbor’s yard, suggesting the person hopped a fence. The fence was broken. An unlocked vehicle was entered but nothing reported missing at this time. The footprints also showed the subject was looking through a door and window of the residence.

ATTEMPTED BURGLARY – 800 block of Gainsway Rd. reported at 8:00AM. Complainant reported unknown person attempted to force entry into the residence via a window. A track of footprints was left in the snow similar to other reported incidents.

RETAIL THEFT – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 3:09PM. Loss Prevention reported on 12/9, an unknown female removed cosmetics without paying. Investigation ongoing.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 1000 block of River Rd. at Macclesfield Park reported at 11:52PM. Police on patrol observed a vehicle in the park after hours. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana. A 19 year old female from Titusville, NJ and a 19 year old male from Fairless Hills, PA to be cited for Disorderly Conduct.

THEFT BY DECEPTION – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 3:29PM. Loss Prevention reported an unknown male purchased diamond earrings on 12/5 and returned different earrings on 12/6. Investigation ongoing.

BURGLARY – 300 block of Saly Rd. reported at 7:49PM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) forced entry into the residence via a rear kitchen window and removed paperwork, jewelry, a piggy bank containing $200.00, and a deceased cat’s ashes.

ATTEMPTED BURGLARY – 300 block of Saly Rd. reported at 8:30PM. Complainant reported on 12/11, unknown person(s) attempted to enter the residence via a second floor window. Nothing reported missing at this time.

ACCIDENT & DUI ARREST – Dolington Rd. & Houston Rd. reported at 7:52AM. Police responded to the report of an overturned vehicle accident involving a utility pole. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 39 year old male driver from LMT for Driving Under the Influence.

IDENTITY THEFT:

Unit block of E. School Ln. reported at 9:00AM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) opened credit cards in their name.

1300 block of Heller Dr. Complainant reported unknown person opened a credit card in their name.

RETAIL THEFT – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Shop Rite reported at 11:21AM. Loss Prevention reported theft on 11/20 where the female removed $24.06 without paying. Further investigation led to the identity of the 56 year old female from LMT. She was charged with Retail Theft.

12/11/2017

THEFT – 400 block of Summerhill Ct. reported at 2:34PM. Complainant reported theft of extension cord from Christmas display.

RETAIL THEFT – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Shop Rite reported at 3:03PM. Loss Prevention reported five previous retail thefts by the same female. On 11/11, the female removed $487.02 worth of seafood and steak without paying. On 11/12, the female removed $211.68 worth of seafood and steak without paying. On 11/13, the female removed $364.37 of seafood and steak without paying.  On 11/18, the female removed $208.18 worth of seafood without paying. On 11/22, the female removed $473.79 worth of seafood without paying. She fled in a silver Buick Lucerne with NJ plates on these occasions. At 4:03PM, Loss Prevention reported the female was back in the store. Police located the vehicle in the parking lot and entered the store. Upon arriving in the seafood section, police identified the woman from surveillance photos and videos from previous thefts. In her possession was two packaged of lobster tails. The 50 year old female from Trenton, NJ was taken into police custody. She was arraigned by District Justice Visloski and sent to BCP in lieu of $75,000.00/10% bail.

7700 block of Spruce Mill DR. reported at 1:04PM. Complainant reported Christmas lights cut repeatedly.

FRAUD – 1400 block of Overlook Dr. reported at 8:01AM. Complainant reported paying $8,700.00 for mold remediation which had not been started and could not get in contact with the business owner.

THEFT – Unit block of Black Rock Rd. reported at 10:45AM. Complainant reported theft of packages from porch.

IDENTITY THEFT – 1200 block of Linden Ave. reported at 9:18AM. Complainant reported unknown person opened a bank account in their name and wrote bad checks.

ACCIDENT & DUI ARREST – Stony Hill Rd. & Rt. 332 reported at 9:42PM. Police responded to the report of a multi-vehicle accident with entrapment and injuries where a driver fled the scene on foot. K9 officers were able to track the suspect. The 26 year old male from Newtown, PA was taken into police custody. He was charged with DUI, Failure to Stop and Give Information or Render Aid, Reckless Driving, Careless Driving and Accident While Not Properly Licensed. He was arraigned by District Justice Gambardella and sent to BCP in lieu of $15,000/10% bail.

RETAIL THEFT – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Shop Rite reported at 2:38PM. Complainant reported theft of $24.99 worth of merchandise. A 69 year old female from Feasterville, PA was arrested for Retail Theft.

IDENTITY THEFT – 400 block of Hidden Oaks DR. reported at 2:31PM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) attempted to open several credit cards in their name.

RETAIL THEFT – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 3:02PM. Loss Prevention detained a 34 year old female from Levittown, PA for taking $78.00 worth of merchandise. She was taken into police custody.

DUI ARREST – Creamery Rd. & Quarry Rd. reported at 10:22AM. Police responded to the report of a hit and run accident at the location. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 29 year old female from Philadelphia, PA for Driving Under the Influence, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct and Aggravated Assault.

THEFT – 1400 block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 1:21PM. Complainant reported theft of $68.00.

ATTEMPTED IDENTITY THEFT – 1400 block of Merrick Rd. reported at 5:34PM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) attempted to open a Kohl’s charge card in their name.

Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana. A 22 year old male from LMT and a 22 year old male from Morrisville, PA were cited for Disorderly Conduct.
