THEFT -1700 block of Newtown-Yardley Rd. reported at 9:01AM. Complainant reported unknown person forced entry to a locked trailer and removed a generator and power tools.

FRAUD – 300 block of Tall Meadow Ln. reported at 5:25PM. Complainant reported while selling an item on Craigslist, the buyer used a fraudulent PayPal account.

RETAIL THEFT – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 6:30PM. Loss Prevention responded to a retail theft in progress. The vehicle the subjects fled in was stopped by police. A 24 year old female from Trenton, NJ was arrested for taking $234.85 worth of merchandise without paying.

THEFT – 300 block of Arborlea Ave. reported at 11:24AM. Complainant reported their elderly father was a victim of a phone scam and lost $2,000.00.

SOLICITORS – Bartlett Ct. & Merrick Rd. reported at 12:36PM. Complainant reported solicitors for Insight Pest Solutions soliciting without permits. The male was advised to cease soliciting until a permit was obtained.

IDENTITY THEFT – Unit block of Twin circle reported at 6:40PM. Complainant reported unknown person attempted to open a credit card in their name.

BURGLARY – 1500 block of Revere Rd. reported at 12:39AM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) forced entry into the residence via a porch room and a bedroom window and removed several pieces of jewelry.

SOLICITORS – 1000 block of Buckingham Way reported at 2:40PM. Complainant reported solicitors asking for money for a school trip. The males were located and advised to cease soliciting until a permit was obtained.

DUI ARREST – Yardley-Morrisville Rd. & Pine Grove Rd. reported at 10:16PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. The 35 year old female driver from LMT was taken into police custody for Driving Under the Influence.

6/17/2017

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Township Line Rd. & Palmer Farm Dr. reported at 12:13AM. Police observed a female in the roadway carrying an open beer can. When retrieving her ID, the officer observed a small amount of marijuana in her purse. She was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

HIT & RUN – 500 block of Aspen Woods Dr. reported at 11:19AM. Complainant reported damage to vehicle sometime overnight. While investigating the incident, police observed a vehicle parking directly across from the accident scene with consistent damage to their vehicle. The 41 year old male from LMT to be cited for Failing to Provide Information Following and Unattended Accident.

IDENTITY THEFT – 1500 block of Harvest Dr. reported at 7:49PM. Complainant reported their personal information was compromised and their home mail was forwarded to an address in Texas.

IDENTITY THEFT – 1400 block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 9:05PM. Complainant reported unknown person opened a credit card in their name.

SOLICITORS – 1500 block of Willow Pond Dr. reported at 6:19PM. Complainant reported solicitor selling newspaper subscriptions without a permit. The juvenile male was located and advised to cease soliciting until a permit was obtained.

6/12/2017

RETAIL THEFTS:

1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 3:00PM. Loss Prevention reported a retail theft that occurred on 5/11 by the same subject who was arrested for Retail Theft on 6/9. On 5/11, the male entered the store and removed $239.43 worth of merchandise without paying. A warrant was issued for the 29 year old male from Levittown, PA and he was served in Bucks County Prison, where he was remanded to after the 6/9 theft arrest.

1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 4:00PM. Loss Prevention reported two thefts on the same date by the same male. On 6/8, at 9:34AM, an unknown male entered the store and removed $229.97 worth of electronics. He returned to the store at 3:36PM and removed $359.96 worth of electronics. Some of the items were pawned at a shop in Morrisville where the suspect used his ID. A warrant was issued for the 27 year old male from Egypt, NJ.

SOLICITORS – Piper Ln. & Weber Dr. reported at 7:58PM. Complainant reported solicitor for Insight Pest Solutions soliciting without permits. The solicitor was located and advised to cease soliciting until a permit was obtained.

DUI ARREST – Woodside Rd. & Taylorsville Rd. reported at 12:13AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 53 year old female driver from Lawrence Township, NJ for Driving Under the Influence.

BURGLARY – 900 block of Hunt Dr. reported at 1:29PM. Complainant reported sometime between 6/9-6/11, unknown person(s) forced entry into the residence via a second story locked window and removed approximately $15,000.00 worth of jewelry.

6/10/2017

THEFT FROM VEHICLE:

1000 block of Yardley Rd. reported at 9:06AM. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed three pairs of “Beats” headphones, a set of Infiniti headphones and sunglasses, valued at $1,300.00.

Unit block of S. Glenwood Gate reported at 10:18AM. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the vehicle and removed $5.00 in loose change.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – 600 block of Heacock Rd. reported at 2:46PM. Police responded to the report of an altercation. The 46 year old female from LMT was cited for Public Drunkenness.

6/9/2017

RETAIL THEFT – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 5:04PM. Loss Prevention reported a theft in progress. A 29 year old male from Levittown, PA was taken into police custody and charged with Retail Theft, Theft By Deception and Resisting Arrest for taking $258.72 worth of merchandise and making a fraudulent return in the amount of $105.96.

IDENTITY THEFT – 1400 block of Bridle Ct. reported at 10:40AM. Complainant reported at 10:40AM. Complainant reported unknown person opened account in their name and charged $2,800.00.

RETAIL THEFTS:

1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 4:02PM. Loss Prevention reported two unknown females who stole items on 6/7 were in the store again. On 6/7 and 6/8, the females enter the store, conceal merchandise in a tote, pay for a low value item and exit the store without paying for the merchandise in the tote. The 83 year old female and 59 year old female from Levittown, PA were taken into police custody. 

1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 4:03PM. Loss Prevention reported that an unknown female returned an old clearance dress for a full refund.

6/7/2017

THEFT – 1000 block of Stony Hill Rd. reported at 5:42AM. Complainant reported theft of prescription medication from the hotel room.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Woodside Rd. & River Rd. reported at 10:48AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia. The 19 year old male from Levittown was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

FRAUD – 1600 block of Yardley-Langhorne Rd. at CVS reported at 8:58PM. Complainant reported unknown male and female returned used nicotine gum.

6/6/2017

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1200 block of Revere Rd. reported at 3:47PM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) placed a lit fire cracker in the mailbox causing damage.

BURGLARY – 1700 block of Makefield Rd. reported at 1:47PM. Complainant reported having video of a white female wearing a pink sweater entering her unlocked residence and attempting to locate prescription medication to steal. It is believed that the suspect has entered the home on two other occasions and removed 23 prescription pills. Investigation ongoing.

6/2/2017

DUI ARREST – 1900 block of Makefield Rd. reported at 10:45PM. Police responded to the report of a male passed out in his vehicle who appeared to vomit on himself. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 18 year old male driver from LMT for Driving Under the Influence.

SOLICITING – 1400 block of Innis Ln. reported at 5:00PM. Complainant reported solicitors for Graceful Hands soliciting for donations without permits. They were advised by police to cease soliciting until permits were obtained.

BURGLARY – Unit block of Fenwood Pl. reported at 3:30PM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) forced entry into the residence via a rear window. Nothing reported missing at this time.

BURGLARIES:

1400 block of Innis Ln. reported at 12:48AM. Complainant reported unknown person entered the residence via an open 2nd floor window and ladder, ransacked the home and removed jewelry.

1400 block of Innis Ln. reported at 9:23PM. Complainant reported unknown person forced entry into the residence via a 2nd floor window ransacked the home and removed jewelry and camera lenses.

RETAIL THEFT – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 1:20PM. Loss Prevention reported an unknown female entered the store, selected items and paid for them using a Kohl’s charge card. She then attempted to pay the charge card with counterfeit bills. Investigation ongoing.

DUI ARREST – Black Rock Rd. & River Rd. reported at 2:31AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. The 22 year old male driver from LMT was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

IDENTITY THEFT – 1800 block of Yardley Rd. reported at 8:11AM. Complainant reported unauthorized use of the credit card in the amount of $111.00.

DUI ARREST – Edgewood Rd. & S. Crescent Blvd. reported at 11:39PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. The 22 year old male driver from Levittown, PA was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

RETAIL THEFT – 100 block of Oxford Valley Rd. at CVS reported at 7:40PM. Complainant reported at approximately 7:00PM, an unknown male entered the store, removed five blood pressure cuffs and fled in a vehicle with an unknown female. Further investigation led to the arrest of a 30 year old female from Langhorne, PA and a 39 year old male from Bristol, PA.

IDENTITY THEFT – 600 block of Fox Hollow Dr. reported at 4:10PM. Complainant reported unknown person deposited a check for $5,540.00 into their account and withdrew the money using some form of identification with the victim’s information.

IDENTITY THEFT:

500 block of Long Acre Ln. reported at 1:00PM. Complainant reported unknown person opened credit accounts in their name.

1400 block of Silo Rd. reported at 3:50PM. Complainant reported unknown person opened credit accounts in their name.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD – 1300 block of Knox Dr. reported at 8:10PM. Complainant reported unauthorized use of the credit card in the amount of $434.95.

DRUG ARREST – 300 block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 10:05PM. Police responded to the report of an alarm at the location. Further investigation led to the discovery of a man slumped over the driver seat of a vehicle. The 36 year old male from Washington Crossing, PA was arrested for Possession of Heroin & Clonazepam and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
