DUI ARREST – 500 block of Washington Crossing Rd. reported at 12:27PM. Police responded to the report of a vehicle weaving in traffic and crossing the lines into oncoming traffic. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 48 year old female driver from Philadelphia, PA for driving under the influence of a controlled substance after admitting to snorting two bags of heroin prior to driving.

FRAUD – 1200 block of Yardley Rd. reported at 1:11PM. Complainant reported being locked out of their phone. The phone company confirmed the phone was compromised.

IDENTITY THEFT – 1400 block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 1:04PM. Complainant reported license stolen and having the Social Security Disability claim closed by an unknown person.

RETAIL THEFT – 1600 block of Langhorne-Yardley Rd. at CVS reported at 1:06PM. Manager reported theft of $1,012.00 worth of merchandise by unknown female on 10/12.

THEFT/CREDIT CARD FRAUD:

1600 block of Big Oak Rd. reported at 6:57AM. Complainant reported leaving wallet in a shopping cart the previous day. Their credit card was since used.

2000 block of Leedoms Dr. reported at 8:00AM. Complainant reported theft of credit card and subsequent charges.

WANTED PERSON – 600 block of Heacock Rd. reported at 12:01PM. Police responded to the report of a wanted female in the area. The 46 year old female from Langhorne, PA was taken into police custody and turned over to Middletown Police Department.

FORGERY – 500 block of Hammond Dr. reported at 9:30AM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) created and forged a counterfeit check from their account.

10/13/2019

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - Unit block of Sutphin Pines reported at 6:20AM. Complainant reported unknown male was on the porch attempting to open the front door. While conducting the investigation, the male, who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, was using profanity and yelling loudly. The 57 year old male from LMT was transported to his residence and cited for Disorderly Conduct.

TERRORISTIC THREATS – 500 block of Barn Dr. reported at 9:23AM. Police responded to the report of a male standing in the fenced in backyard, who was also in the yard the previous night. Officers recognized the male as the same male from a previous incident on Sutphin Pines hours earlier. The male threatened to kill police and had a crack pipe in his possession. The 57 year old male from LMT was arrested for Terroristic Threats, Criminal Trespass, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Disorderly Conduct. He was arraigned by the District Justice and sent to BCP in lieu of $250,000/10% bail.

THEFT – 900 block of Stony Hill Rd. reported at 3:57PM. Complainant reported theft of cell phone from hooded sweatshirt.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE – 1700 block of N. Dove Rd. reported at 4:53PM. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed $35.00 and a vape.

BURGLARY – 900 block of Princess Dr. reported at 7:48AM. Complainant reported Ring camera captured a male enter the opened garage around 2:00AM and remove a Mongoose bicycle.

FRAUD:

700 block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 1:01PM. Complainant reported contacting Apple to fix computer issues. They were told they would receive a call back. Upon receiving the call, the victim was advised to purchase three $500 Game Stop gift cards. The gift card numbers were provided to the caller before victim realized it was a scam.

Unit block of E. School Ln. reported at 12:05PM. Complainant reported mailing a check that was intercepted and cashed by an unknown person.

THEFT - Unit block of Black Rock Rd. reported at 2:48PM. Complainant reported theft of leaf blower while working in the area.

10/9/2019

DUI ARREST – Heacock Rd. & Edgewood Rd. reported at 10:27PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 20 year old male driver from LMT for Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Narcotics and Drug Paraphernalia and Underage Drinking. He was taken into police custody.

RETAIL THEFT - 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 7:14PM. Loss Prevention reported a female who previously committed retail thefts on 9/4 and 10/3 taking $2,122.93 worth of merchandise was in the store again. Police arrested the 45 year old female from Levittown, PA.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS:

200 block of Valley Dr. reported at 5:23AM. Complainant reported unknown intoxicated female attempted to enter their residence. The 34 year old female from LMT was cited for Public Drunkenness.

1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Shop Rite reported at 4:39PM. Manager reported an employee came to work intoxicated, urinated in the break room and grabbed a female employee from a nearby restaurant. The 41 year old male from LMT was cited for Public Drunkenness and Harassment.

RETAIL THEFT - 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 4:54PM. Loss Prevention reported for the third time today, subjects entered the store, loaded a cart with numerous athletic wear and left the store.

RETAIL THEFT – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Shop Rite reported at 1:58PM. Loss Prevention reported theft of Zarbee’s cough syrup by unknown person.

THEFT – Unit block of Crown Ter. Reported at 1:00PM. Complainant reported sometime between 9/26 – 9/27, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked garage and removed a Bianchi bicycle.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – 200 block of W. Afton Ave. reported at 8:11PM. Complainant reported unknown male standing in their back yard refusing to leave. The 46 year old male from Philadelphia, PA was taken into police custody and cited for Public Drunkenness.

1200 block of Knox Dr. reported at 10:49AM. Complainant reported client being the victim of fraud due to $64,000.00 worth of stolen social security payments over 5 years.

200 block of Johnson Way reported at 3:45PM. Complainant reported providing their social security to a caller claiming to be from Social Security.

FRAUD – 300 block of Ramsey Rd. reported at 11:36AM. Complainant reported receiving a call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft saying their computer was compromised. Victim provided banking information and they withdrew $19,300.00.

1300 block of Brentwood Dr. reported at 7:54AM. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed $20.00.

1300 block of Brentwood Dr. reported at 9:03AM. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed $20.00.

1300 block of Brentwood Dr. reported at 9:08AM. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed a wristlet containing credit cards.

1600 block of Fairfield Rd. reported at 8:04PM. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed a house key and credit card.

COUNTERFEITING – Rt. 1 & Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 10:48AM. Police observed a fictitious registration on a passing vehicle. Further investigation led to the discovery of counterfeit tag. The 38 year old male from Trenton, NJ to be summonsed for counterfeit registration and documents.

ATTEMPTED THEFT FROM VEHICLE – Unit block of Manor Ln. reported at 10:00AM. Complainant reported unknown male on surveillance attempting to enter their locked vehicle.

DRUG ARREST & WANTED PERSON – 500 block of W. Trenton Ave. reported at 10:56AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery that the passenger had a full extradition dangerous drugs warrant out of Burlington County, NJ. The 34 year old female from Langhorne, PA was taken into police custody. The 37 year old female driver from Croydon, PA was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. The 38 year old male passenger from Bensalem, PA was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. They were also taken into police custody.

FRAUD – 1500 block of Yardley Rd. reported at 11:25AM. Complainant reported their personal information was compromised and a bank account was opened in their name in Utah.

THEFT - Unit block of N. Homestead Dr. reported at 10:35PM. Complainant reported theft of beer from the refrigerator in the opened garage. Same caught on surveillance. Investigation ongoing.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1900 block of Makefield Rd. reported at 11:27PM. Complainant reported underage drinking and broken beer bottles all over the basketball courts.

THEFT – 100 block of Glenn Valley Rd. reported at 7:08AM. Complainant reported theft of power tolls from unsecured garage.

Unit block of Glenolden Rd. reported at 8:00AM. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed an iPad PRO.

Unit block of Manor Ln. reported at 7:41AM. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed $30.00.

800 block of Slate Hill Rd. reported at 12:36PM. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed a gift card, debit cards, loose change and checks.

800 block of Slate Hill Rd. reported at 8:44AM. Complainant reported unknown male on surveillance attempting to enter their locked vehicle.

Unit block of Manor Ln. reported at 10:13AM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and rummaged through it. Nothing reported missing at this time.

DUI & DRUG ARREST – 500 block of W. Trenton Ave. reported at 10:32AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 25 year old male driver from Hamilton, NJ for Driving Under the Influence and Possession of Marijuana.

FRAUD – 200 block of Polk Way reported at 12:23PM. Complainant reported receiving a phone call from someone claiming to be from the Social Security Administration advising that their bank account was compromised and they gave their personal information to the caller.

SOLICITORS – 1500 block of Esther Ln. reported at 5:05PM. Complainant reported solicitors for Green Star Exteriors soliciting without permits. A 24 year old male from Wilmington, DE and a 26 year old male from Pottstown, PA were cited for soliciting without permits.

THEFTS FROM VEHICLE:

100 block of Elm Ave. reported at 7:43AM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed loose change.

200 block of W. Ferry Rd. reported at 2:23PM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed gift cards and loose change.

1100 block of Linden Ave. reported at 4:08PM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed loose change.

ATTEMPTED THEFT FROM VEHICLE – 900 block of Countess Dr. reported at 1:41PM. Complainant reported surveillance footage revealed an unknown male attempting to enter their locked vehicle sometime overnight.

FRAUD:

1200 block of Lexington Dr. reported at 4:49PM. Complainant reported being the victim of a Facebook scam from someone overseas. Victim sent $4,000.00 via bitcoin and wire transfer.

2000 block of Brookhaven Dr. reported at 8:51PM. Complainant reported receiving a text from their bank informing them of a fraudulent charge.

FRAUD – 2000 block of Brookhaven Dr. reported at 6:52AM. Complainant reported their debit card was compromised and $720.00 was withdrawn in Brooklyn, NY.

THEFT – 300 block of Kathy Dr. reported at 12:22PM. Complainant reported theft of bicycle locked to the bike rack.

FRAUD:

2000 block of Dawn Ln. reported at 9:26AM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) opened a fraudulent PGW account using their information.

19200 block of Cornerstone Dr. reported at 1:15PM. Complainant reported selling a couch on OfferUp and receiving checks in excess of the sale amount. The victim then sent $3,500 back to the “buyer” and the original checks were cancelled.

1600 block of Thistlewood Dr. reported at 3:00PM. Complainant reported receiving an email from Amazon stating $500.00 was charged to their account and they needed to contact the Fraud Department. The victim was then advised to purchase $2,000.00 worth of gift cards to fix the account and provide them with the gift card numbers. Victim realized after providing gift card numbers that this wasn’t email was not from Amazon.

THEFT – 600 block of Deerbrook Dr. reported at 7:00PM. Complainant reported theft of earrings from the home on 4/27/19.

ACCIDENT & DUI ARREST – 700 block of Dawes Dr. reported at 12:01AM. Police responded to the report of a motorcycle accident at the location. Further investigation led to the 53 year old male driver from LMT for Driving Under the Influence.

1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 5:51PM. Loss Prevention detained a 56 year old female for taking $75.98 worth of merchandise without paying. She was taken into police custody.

1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 6:13PM. Loss Prevention reported two unknown females entered the store on 9/15 and removed $802.82 worth of merchandise without paying.

1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 6:14PM. Loss Prevention reported an unknown female entered the store on 9/4 and removed $530.95 worth of merchandise without paying.
