Tim Reeves is a native Bucks County resident and was born and raised in Bristol Borough. He graduated from Bishop Egan High School. Tim was hired with the Lower Makefield Twp. Police Department in 1999. Prior to that he was a police officer in Dewey Beach, DE, Ocean City, MD, Bristol Borough and Penndel Borough.
Captain Reeves assignments have included K-9, narcotics, bike patrol, police explorer coordinator, Falls Twp Police Youth Police Academy instructor, and field training officer program coordinator. Captain Reeves is an assistant commander of the Bucks County Major Incident Response Team and is the Lower Makefield Emergency Management Coordinator. He has held the rank of Corporal, Sergeant and Captain.
Captain Reeves served in the U.S. Army Reserve and deployed to Fallujah, Iraq in 2005 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom where he was awarded the Bronze Star medal.
Captain Reeves has a Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice and a Master's Degree in Public Safety Administration from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia. He is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command.
