MOST WANTED WITH MULTIPLE WARRANTS!!  WE NEED YOUR HELP FINDING THIS CRIMINAL

Darryl Foreman, 30 years old, from Hemberger Street in Philadelphia has been on a crime spree in Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware counties.  He has 20 outstanding bench and arrest warrants for his alleged crimes.

Bensalem Police currently have an arrest warrant for a felony retail theft at the TJ Maxx store on Bristol Pike on December 12, 2023.  He was one of 4 thieves who filled 4 large reusable shopping bags with purses and handbags then fled from the store without paying for them in a silver Ford Escape bearing PA registration MGY-8727.

We must get this serial thief off our streets as soon as possible.
