This evening, Wednesday, January 26, 2022, Bensalem Township Police and the Bensalem Township School District received reports and were made aware of a social media post, threatening to "shoot up" Shafer Middle School tomorrow.  After a thorough investigation, Bensalem Police and School District Officials have determined that the threat was not credible.

Our number one priority is the safety and well being of all students and staff.

Out of an abundance of caution, Bensalem Police will provided an additional presence at Shafer Middle School tomorrow.
