Mayor Joseph DiGirolamo and Director William McVey held a promotional ceremony this morning in Bensalem Township Council chambers.  Members of council were also present during the ceremony.

Corporal Andrew Zabierowski was promoted to the rank of Sergeant and will supervise one of our patrol division squads.  Officer Katherine Bailey was promoted to the position of Corporal and Officer Dominic Micciolo was also promoted to the rank of Corporal.  Both will be assigned to patrol squads and be part of the supervision of patrol officers on their respective squads.

Mayor DiGirolamo also sworn in a new officer to the Bensalem Township Police Department, Officer Daniel Orth.  He comes to us after 7 years in the Philadelphia Police Department where his last assignment was in the 26th district.
