On April 30, 2025, Ryan Fisher, 25, Womelsdorf, PA, began a conversation on a dating/social media app with what he believed to be a 14-year-old female.  Ryan Fisher asked the juvenile if she was okay with him being 25 years old, and when she said yes, Ryan Fisher moved the conversation in a sexual direction.  He gave explicit details of the sexual acts he wanted to perform on the 14-year-old, including sexual intercourse.  He also sent her a photograph of his genitalia during the conversations.  He then stopped messaging with the juvenile.

Bensalem Detectives obtained an arrest warrant charging Ryan Fisher with Unlawful Contact with a Minor and Dissemination of Explicit Material to Minors.

On Thursday, July 31, 2025, Ryan Fisher turned himself in to Bensalem Police on the active warrant.  Ryan Fisher was arraigned by District Justice Michael Gallagher and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $200,000 bail.

Bensalem Police continue to remove these predators from our community and are dedicated to the safety of our residents, especially our most vulnerable, the children.
