THIS GUY IS A "BIELEBER"!!!

On Saturday, September 8th at 2:00 pm, this Bieber fan entered the AT&T store on Street Road and helped himself to 2 iPhones from the display.  He cut the wires holding the phones and ran from the store.

He is described as a black male in his 20's, approximately 5'10", 185 lbs. decked out in a black baseball hat and a full black "Justin Bieber Stadium Tour" sweatsuit.
