This criminal struck twice at the Target on Rockhill Drive.  Each time he entered the store with a black and gray duffel bag and concealed numerous bottles of baby formula before he exited the store without paying.  He may be responsible for similar thefts at other Target stores in our area.

He is described as a White or Biracial Male, with a black zip up jacket, gray sweat pants, black "slides" and black socks.  He is thin with black hair, a pony tail and a goatee.
