The Bensalem Police are investigating a fraud that occurred on Charter Ct. on October 12, 2019. It was reported that an unknown male working for "Alpha Seal Coating" came to the victim's home giving an estimate of $299 to seal the driveway. After paying the unknown male, the victim stated the male used a watered down oil spray and no sealing was done on the driveway. The male was operating a dark two door pick up truck, with an "Alpha" sign on the driver side door.
