BENSALEM SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS UNIT MAKES ARREST FOR HEROIN/FENTANYL SALES

On Tuesday, March 28, 2023 the Bensalem Township Police Special Investigations Unit conducted a controlled buy in the 3600 block of Street Road.  The target of the operation was Desean Howard, 35 years old from Boudinot Street in Trenton New Jersey.

Bensalem SIU received information that Desean Howard was selling heroin/fentanyl at businesses along Street Road over the past few months.  Officers stopped Desean Howard at a predetermined location and recovered 160 bags of suspected heroin/fentanyl, cash and a cell phone.

Desean Howard was charged with Manufacture, Delivery, Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance and related charges.  Desean Howard was arraigned by District Justice Jan Vislosky and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $300,000 bail.
