At 6:40 am on Saturday, August 19th, Bensalem Police received 9-1-1 texts from a female who stated she was sexually assaulted.  She stated that she was still in the bedroom with the actor and was unable to leave.  Bensalem Police located the victim via the GPS on her phone and took her to safety.

A subsequent investigation revealed that Christopher Henneghan punched the victim in the head and choked her.  He returned with a steak knife and he used it to threaten her and force her to perform sexual acts.

A warrant was issued and Christopher Henneghan was taken into custody by Bensalem Police with the assistance of the FBI and Collingdale Police.

Christopher Henneghan was arraigned by District Justice Falcone and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $10,000,000 bail.
