Newtown Township, Pa - On June 28, 2019, Newtown Township Police were called to the TD Bank on West Road, in reference to a male on scene utilizing a fraudulent out-of-state identification in an attempt to access a customer's bank account. Bank staff verified that the man on scene was not the actual account holder and the male fled, leaving the identification behind. Through the course of the investigation, that male has been identified as Patrick Scott Mazzone of Homer, NY. Newtown Township Police currently hold a felony arrest warrant for Mazzone in this case.
