UPDATE: The male suspect in this case has been identified as Timothy Daniel Byrne and charged with theft from a motor vehicle, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct.

Newtown Township, Pa - On August 12, 2019 at approximately 1:15 p.m. Newtown Township Police responded to the area of 264 N. Sycamore Street for the report that an unknown person had stolen a wallet containing $200.00, credit cards and other forms of identification from the victim's unlocked truck.  Officers were able to obtain video surveillance from the area that showed the pictured white male enter the victim's truck and take the wallet.  The male had on a black baseball hat, a white Nike t-shirt and gray shorts.  He was last seen in the area of the Penn Community Bank on N. Sycamore Street.
