Wrightstown, PA - On August 6, 2019, Newtown Township Police responded to the CVS Pharmacy, located at 755 Durham Road in Wrightstown Township, for the report of a prescription fraud that had occurred on June 22, 2019. CVS Personnel identified a fraudulent prescription that had been filled at the Pharmacy, using a physician's information without their authorization and a fictitious patient identity. Video surveillance footage showed a black male and a black or Hispanic female arriving at the pharmacy in a dark colored vehicle. The female in the attached photos entered the store and picked up the prescription, which contained a controlled substance, while her male companion in the attached photos also entered the store and requested to use the restroom.
