On February 14, 2019, The Richland Township Police Department cited Vincent Bulicki, 43, of Richland Township, with Retail Theft after being caught sticking $12.47 worth of Merchandise down his pants. This occurred at Wawa, 1095 South West End Blvd.

On February 5, 2019, the Richland Township Police Department cited Richard Koffel, 61, of Souderton, with Retail Theft, after he was observed leaving the Giant Food Store without paying for $19.75 worth of Merchandise.

Charges:

On February 7, 2019, the Richland Township Police Department arrested Stacy Shoaf, 37, of Quakertown, for Retail Theft. Shoaf was found to have failed to pay for $98 worth of Merchandise at Render's Warehouse Market.

On January 28, 2019, The Richland Township Police Department was detailed to the report of a possible drunk driver at District Court, 281 California Road. At the conclusion of the investigation, David Loudermilk, 57, of Quakertown, was arrested and charged with DUI.

On January 26, 2019, The Richland Township Police Department arrested Margaret Latronica, 54, of Richland Township, for DUI, Trespass by Motor Vehicle and Reckless Driving after investigating a vehicle that drove through yards On Cedar Drive.
