On 04/17/2023 at 1:28pm RTPD was dispatched to the Walmart, located at 195 North West End Blvd in Richland Township, Bucks County for the report of a retail theft which had just occurred. The officer received information that Walmart staff observed a male (see photo wearing a black hoodie with "East Side" and a volleyball on it, camo cargo shorts, and tan timberland boots, push a bike valued at $298.00 past all points of sale, last seen riding into Quakertown Borough.
