The Richland Township Police Department Command Staff includes two Corporals, a Detective, two Sergeants and the Chief.  The Detective Sergeant is in charge of all criminal cases, including Internal Affairs, while the Patrol Sergeant is in charge of the patrol functions of the department. The Detective and the SRO report to the Detective Sergeant.  The Patrol Officers report to the Corporals.  The Corporals report to the Patrol Sergeant. Both Sergeants report to the Chief of Police.  The civilian staff report to the Chief of Police.
