New Britain Township, similar to surrounding areas, sustained significant flooding and road damage as a result of Ida. Here is a list of the current road closures:

Chapman Road is closed between King Road and New Galena Road for a down tree with wires.
Ferry Road is closed between Old Iron Hill Road and Old Limekiln Road.
Railroad Ave is closed between Walters Road and Barry Road for a down tree with wires.
Sellersville Road closed between New Galena Road and Hilltown Pike.
Walters Road is closed between Township Line Road and New Galena Road for a bridge collapse. (Extended Closure Expected)
