On Wednesday, 10/19/22, this department hosted the Central Bucks Motor Carrier Enforcement Team detail, inspecting commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) along the US 202 Business corridor.  The detail produced the following results:

• 14 CMVs inspected
  • 8 CMVs inspected had NO violations
  • 6 CMVs inspected were found with violations
  • 20 total violations discovered, which included 5 out-of-service violations
• 3 CMVs placed OUT-OF-SERVICE for brake, cargo securement & hazmat violations
• 2 CMV drivers placed OUT-OF-SERVICE for licensing
• 8 traffic citations issued
• 12 traffic warnings issued
