On Wednesday, 10/21/2020, New Britain Township Police hosted the Central Bucks Motor Carrier Enforcement Team detail, inspecting commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) along the US 202 Business corridor.  The detail produced the following results:

• 13 CMVs inspected; one of which included a Hazmat inspection
  • 5 CMVs inspected had NO violations (including Hazmat CMV)
  • 8 CMVs inspected were found with violations
• 30 total violations discovered
• 3 CMVs placed OUT-OF-SERVICE for mechanical defects
• 1 CMV driver placed OUT-OF-SERVICE for failure to have a valid CDL license
• 8 citations issued
• 22 warnings issued
