From Philadelphia and points south

I-95 north to exit 46B (Route 1 south). Take the first exit on Rt. 1 – Rt. 213 (Maple Avenue). At the bottom of the exit ramp go straight across the intersection onto North Flowers Mill Road. Go past the first traffic light for the Shoppes at Flowers Mill shopping center and make the next right turn onto Shasta Road. The police-municipal building is the first building on the right. The police department is in the left side of the building. The public entrance is on the second floor.

From Trenton and points east

Route 1 south to Rt. 213 (Maple Avenue). At the bottom of the exit ramp go straight across the intersection onto North Flowers Mill Road. Go past the first traffic light for the Shoppes at Flowers Mill shopping center and make the next right turn onto Shasta Road. The police-municipal building is the first building on the right. The police department is in the left side of the building. The public entrance is on the second floor.

From points west

Pennsylvania Turnpike east to exit 28 (new 351 Philadelphia – Trenton). Bear left after exiting the toll plaza onto Route 1 north. Stay on Rt. 1 for approximately 4 miles to the Rt. 213 (Maple Avenue) exit. At the bottom of the ramp bear right. Go to the first traffic light (North Flowers Mill Road) and make a right. Go past the first traffic light for the Shoppes at Flowers Mill shopping center and make the next right turn onto Shasta Road. The police-municipal building is the first building on the right. The police department is in the left side of the building. The public entrance is on the second floor.

From Doylestown and points north

Route 413 south to the traffic light in Newtown Township. Make a right and go to the first traffic light – Rt. 332 bypass. Make a left onto the Rt. 332 bypass. Go to the third light and make a right (Langhorne-Newtown Road Rt. 413). Take Rt. 413 south to the fourth traffic light (Winchester Avenue). Make a left on Winchester Avenue and go to the first traffic light (North Flowers Mill Road). Make a right on North Flowers Mill Road. The first road on the left is Shasta Road. Make a left on Shasta Road. The police-municipal building is the first building on the right. The police department is in the left side of the building. The public entrance is on the second floor.

Hours, Services & Miscellaneous Fees

Department

  • The Police Department business office is open to the public Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m, except on holidays.

Front Counter Services

  • Fingerprinting - Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. until Noon. Fingerprinting services are only provided for residents of Middletown Township or those employed by businesses located within the Township. Individuals must supply their own (civilian) fingerprint cards. ($15.00 fee)
  • Obtaining reports - during normal business hours
    • Motor Vehicle Accident Reports - $15.00 fee
  • Fees must be paid to the Township cashier located in the lobby of the Municipal Center prior to obtaining reports or services.

Property

  • Property release is by appointment only!! Call the evidence custodian at (215) 750-3845 ext. 202 to make an appointment. If the custodian is not there, please leave a message.

Vehicle Release

  • Vehicle must be currently registered - proof must be presented.
  • Registered Owner must be present at the time of the release, or send a representative with a valid power of attorney giving the named person specific permission to recover the vehicle on the owner's behalf.
  • A person with a valid driver's license must be present at the time of the release to operate the vehicle.
