SPECIAL RESPONSE TEAMS
Dublin Borough Police Department is a member agency of the Central Bucks Special Response Team, a highly trained and specially equipped group of police officers formed from multiple cooperating jurisdictions in central and upper Bucks County that responds to high-risk incidents. The team includes tactical operations officers, crisis negotiators, and a crime scene unit for the collection and preservation of evidence.
Chief Lehman is a member of the Bucks County Major Incident Response Team (MIRT). The MIRT team consists of 100 police officers from throughout Bucks County who respond if needed to natural disasters, riots, protests, or any other major events such as presidential visits. MIRT team members are also trained to respond to chemical / biological incidents as well as terrorist attacks.
