On July 13th, 2018 at approx. 1924 hrs, an officer from the Dublin Borough Police Department was dispatched to residence on Maple Avenue for a report of a Burglary In progress by a known subject. Upon arrival, officers met with the complainants who live at the residence, a male and a female. Complainants stated an ex-boyfriend of the female, Tykee Copeland of Montgomery County forced entry into the residence and assaulted the female. Copeland then stole the female’s phone and fled the scene. Copeland was on furlough with Montgomery County Correctional Facility was able to be tracked via his GPS monitoring system.  Copeland was taken into custody in the early hours of July 14^th and taken to Bucks County Correctional Facility.
