11/3/19 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Doylestown Borough – Brandon Peoples, 24, Doylestown, was cited when observed urinating in the alley next to Finney’s Royal Grotto at approximately 0102 hours.
11/2/19 – PUBLIC DRUNKENESS – Doylestown Borough – Lindsay Benzel, 37, Doylestown, was cited when officers were dispatched to 42 W. State Street at approximately 1807 hours for report of a woman sleeping outside. Benzel presented with a strong odor of alcohol, inability to focus eyes, slurred speech and was unable to answer questions. Central Bucks Ambulance transported Benzel to Doylestown Hospital for medical assistance.
10/29/19 – DUI – Doylestown Borough – Jennieros Kessing-Saunders, 35, Raritan, NJ, was arrested when at approximately 2202 hours an officer observed Kessing-Saunders’s vehicle turn onto a one way street heading the wrong direction. Kessing-Saunders presented with a strong aroma of alcohol. Field sobriety tests were administered and she was transported to Doylestown Hospital for a blood draw which she refused. Kessing-Saunders was held and arraigned on an outstanding warrant from Maryland; bail set at $30,000 secured and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
10/27/19 – DUI – Doylestown Borough – Edwin Simaj Cuc, 22, Doylestown, was arrested when officers were dispatched to Wawa’s parking lot at approximately 2149 hours for report of a two-vehicle crash. Upon contact, Simaj Cuc presented with a strong odor of alcohol. Field sobriety tests were administered and blood draw at Doylestown Hospital.
10/27/19 – CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – Doylestown Borough – Nicholas Muller, 30, Ottsville, was cited for Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct stemming from an incident on 9/28/19 where police responded to a fight in progress. Muller allegedly caused a disturbance at Chambers on Main Street and while leaving smashed the glass in a windowed door.
10/11/19 - DUI - Doylestown Borough – Timothy Kroh, 25, Doylestown, was arrested when an officer observed Kroh’s vehicle swerving and speeding on N. Main Street at approximately 0228 hours. Kroh presented with a strong odor of alcohol. Field sobriety tests were administered and blood draw at Doylestown Hospital.
10/9/19 – PUBLIC DRUNKENESS – Chalfont Borough – Suzanne Myers, 42, Chalfont, was cited when officers were dispatched to Magic Touch Car Wash at approximately 2348 hours for suspicious activity. Myers was found laying face down on the ground and uncooperative. Myers presented with a strong odor of alcohol.
Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. CBRPD does not publish drug arrests due to the potential of ongoing investigations.
