POLICE BLOTTER

9/22/19 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Doylestown Borough – Cory Outten, 24, Doylestown, and Deion Walters, 23, North Wales, were cited after police observed a verbal altercation become physical in front of Stephanie’s at approximately 0020 hrs.

9/16/19 – RETAIL THEFT – Doylestown Borough - Kelly Lyn Leach, 29, Doylestown, was cited following an investigation at Acme Markets. Leach was found to have purchased some cosmetic products and not others as the products were hidden between bags in her cart.

9/15/19 – DUI – Doylestown Borough – Catherine Michele Whalen, 37, Doyelstown, was arrested after police responding to report of unconscious person sitting in driver seat of running vehicle in front of 30 block of W. State Street at approximately 1719 hrs. Police woke Whalen who presented disoriented and lethargic. CB EMS arrived on scene to assess Whalen. Several indicators of impairment were found during field sobriety tests; transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood draw.

9/14/19 – DUI – Doylestown Borough – Richard Blake Dickenson, 37, Doylestown, was arrested following a traffic stop for driving with no lights during the evening hours on North Main Street at approximately 2138 hrs. Dickenson presented with signs of impairment including slurred speech and red glassy eyes. Field sobriety tests were administered and blood draw at Doylestown Hospital.

9/14/19 – HARASSMENT – Doylestown Borough – Brandon Caraballo, 30, Quakertown, was cited for continual unsolicited contact with former domestic partner following repeated requests to cease derogatory text messages.

9/14/19 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Doylestown Borough – Jake Heilig, 23, Jamison, was cited after police observed Heilig inciting a physical fight in front of Chambers at approximately 0055 hrs. Heilig refused to cooperate with police and was taken into custody and later released.

9/9/19 – 9/22/19 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – Doylestown Borough – The following individuals were cited during the evening hours in the bar district:  9/9 Santosh Patel, 34, Perkasie; 9/20 Christopher Mullen, 61, Doylestown; and, 9/22 Matthew Zoolalian, 21, Warrington.

Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.  CBRPD does not publish drug arrests due to the potential of ongoing investigations.
