8/11/19 – 7/6/2019 - DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Public Urination – The following individuals were cited in Doylestown Borough: 8/11 Tyler Cohen, 21, Jamison; 8/10 Benjamin Hauser, 24, Pipersville; 8/3 Nicholas Lapalombara, 27, Bensalem; 7/14 John Dragon, 21, Hatboro; 7/7 Tyler Rivera, 25, Telford; and, 7/6 Christian Bisceglie, Chalfont.
8/11/19 – 7/1/19 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – The following individuals were cited in Doylestown Borough: 8/11 – Evan Gutman, 21, Richboro; 8/10 – Manuel Ixtos Sohom, 24, Doylestown; 8/6 – David Young, 33, Doylestown; and, 7/1 Stephen Green, 65, No Fixed Abode.
8/11/19 - DISORDERLY CONDUCT, PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – Doylestown Borough – Jonathan Falkowski, 23, Chalfont was cited after police observed an altercation in front of Stephanie’s on S. Main Street at approximately 0155 hrs. Falkowski refused to leave the area several times and was combative.
8/10/19 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – New Britain Borough – Hugh Landry, 32, Willow Grove, was cited after police responded to the 700 block of E. Butler Avenue for an unwanted subject. Landry had entered the residence of known owner, left when requested, but then proceeded to bang on the front door until police intervened.
8/8/2019 – HARASSMENT, CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – New Britain Borough – Jessica Kuzianik, 28, Philadelphia, was charged after an incident that took place on 7/25/19 on Ferris Lane. Police responded to a domestic in progress where Kuzianik refused to leave; smashed the resident’s window, and presented with an odor of alcohol.
7/31/19 – DUI – Doylestown Borough – Angelia M. Smithwick, 51, Warrington, was arrested for DUI following police investigation of a two-vehicle accident with no injuries in the area of 80 W. State Street at approximately 2142 hrs. Smithwick was driving the wrong way and hit parked vehicle. She presented with a strong odor of alcohol, blood shot eyes, and slurred speech. Field sobriety tests were performed and blood draw at Doylestown Hospital. Smithwick was arraigned, bail set at $50,000 unsecured.
7/25/19 – RETAIL THEFT – Doylestown Borough – Ternessa Singletary-Selby, 26, Philadelphia, was arrested for theft and related charges after police investigated suspicious behavior. While investigating it was discovered Selby was tampering with the labels on products for fraudulent activity.
7/24/19 – DUI – Doylestown Borough – Christopher Willard, 42, New Britain, was arrested for DUI after police conducted a traffic stop on W. Oakland Avenue for vehicle traveling the wrong way on a one-way portion of the street. Willard presented with slurred speech and a strong odor of alcohol. Field sobriety tests were performed and blood draw at Doylestown Hospital.
7/24/19 – DUI – Chalfont Borough - Paul Caruso, 66, Chalfont, was arrested for DUI after police investigated an incident at the 100 block of N. Main Street for report of male falling down stairs. Witness observed the Caruso driving into the deck post just prior to his attempt to climb the stairs. Caruso presented with an odor of alcohol. Caruso was transported to Abington Hospital/Lansdale Campus for medical attention and blood draw.
7/23/19 – DUI – Doylestown Borough – Sylvia Claire Dash, 63, Doylestown, was arrested for DUI following a police investigation for report of vehicle off the roadway into bushes at Route 611 Broad Street bypass at approximately 1253 hrs. Dash presented with a strong odor of alcohol and was not cooperative with police. Dash was transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood draw.
7/23/19 – ORDINANCE VIOLATION – Doylestown Borough – Lawrence Donaldson Sr. , 43, Philadelphia, and Raymond Merendino, 22, Cranbury NJ, were cited for soliciting without a permit in the area of Decatur Avenue and Hamilton Street at approximately 1407 hrs. Subjects stated they represented Verizon Fios.
7/19/19 – THEFT – Doylestown Borough – Richard Lee Good, 60, No Fixed Abode, was charged with theft and related charges after police investigated an attempted theft of purse from victim in Acme parking lot on Main Street at approximately 0209 hrs. When Good was approached in the store by police, he admitted to his actions and to stealing lighters from within Acme. Good was processed, arraigned and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
7/12/19 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Doylestown Borough - Keith Cianfrani, 34, Doylestown, was cited after police observed a physical altercation, with no injuries, in front of Chambers on N. Main Street at approximately 2355 involving two males.
7/11/19 – DUI - Doylestown Borough - Thomas Lawrence Jarret, 62, Doylestown, was arrested for DUI after police responded to Wawa on S. Main Street for a well being check on suspected intoxicated driver. Upon arrival Jarret was in the driver’s seat of his vehicle presenting with slurred speech, slow movements and odor of alcohol. Field sobriety tests were performed and transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood draw.
7/7/19 – DUI – ENDANGER CHILD - New Britain Borough - Amanda Lynn Willard, 37, New Britain, was arrested for DUI, Endangering Child and other charges following an accident investigation involving Willard’s vehicle and telephone pole at Francis Myers Road and N. Tamenend at approximately 1556 hrs with Willard’s young children in the vehicle. Willard presented with a strong odor of alcohol and was unable to perform field sobriety tests. She was transported for blood draw. Willard was arraigned and bail set at $40,000 unsecured with conditions.
7/7/19 – ORDINANCE VIOLATION – Doylestown Borough – David Olorunsaiye, 21, Abington, was cited for soliciting without a permit on W. Court Street at approximately 1547 hrs. Olorunsaiye stated he was a representative for Stealth Marketing Group on behalf of Verizon.
7/6/19 – HARASSMENT – New Britain Borough – Terence O’Leary, 44, New Britain Borough, was cited after police responded to the tens block of Francis Meyers Road for domestic in progress involving physical altercation.
7/2/19 – ORDINANCE VIOLATION – New Britain Borough – Miles Brown, 19, Digby ID, was cited for soliciting without a permit in the area of Tamenend Avenue and Pawnee Road at approximately 1736 hrs. Brown stated he was working on behalf of Aptive Environmental Pest Control.
