ARRESTS

Disorderly Conduct, December 3, 2021, E. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough – Ronald Goodwin, M/21, Philadelphia, PA, was cited for the above offense after engaging in a fight at Delaware Valley University.  A Citation was filed.

Disorderly Conduct, December 4, 2021, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Michele Bannon, F/26, Doylestown, PA, was arrested on the above offense for public urination.  A Citation was filed.

Public Drunkenness, December 4, 2021, N. Main Street Doylestown Borough – Shane Early, M/22, Warrington, PA, was arrested on the above offense after police found him asleep on the stairs. He presented with blood shot eyes, a strong odor of alcohol and had urinated on himself. A Citation was issued.

DUI Arrest, December 11, 2021, W. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Kennan Hunt, M/24, Doylestown, PA, was arrested on the above offense after a traffic stop for traveling the wrong way on W. State Street at a high speed. He was unable to complete simple tasks and was transported to Doylestown Hospital for evaluation. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

Weapons Violation Arrest, December 13, 2021, E. Butler Avenue, Chalfont Borough – Rameel Mack, M/27, Philadelphia, Pa, was arrested on the above offense after he attempted to purchase a firearm and falsified information. Mack was arraigned, bail set at $25,000 unsecured with conditions.

Ordinance Violation, December 14, 2021, Doylestown Borough – Eric Moyer, M/43, Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense for parking his trailer in the street in front of his home after numerous warnings notifying him of the violation. A Citation was issued.

Ordinance Violation, December 23, 2021, Chalfont Borough – Tahjair Rhodes, M/23, West Chester, PA, was cited for the above charge for soliciting for Solar Xchange without a permit.  A Citation was issued.

Disorderly Conduct, December 24, 2021, Doylestown Borough – Pete Mikhaeil, M/23, Lansdale, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police witnessed him urinating in an alley.  A Citation was filed.

Disorderly Conduct, December 24, 2021, Doylestown Borough – Jeffrey Hack, M/22, Chalfont, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police observed him urinating in a stair well. A Citation was issued.

Simple Assault Arrest, December 26, 2021, Doylestown Borough – Faith Madison, F/21, was arrested for the above offense after police were called to a dispute over personal items which turned physical and resulted in minor injuries. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

Ordinance Violation, December 28, 2021, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Kellie Revere, F/23, Dublin, PA, was cited for the above offense after she contacted police to assist her when she was locked out of her vehicle. Once police were able to unlock the vehicle there was a strong odor coming from the vehicle and Revere admitted to possessing a small amount of marijuana.  A Citation was issued.

Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness, December 29, 2021, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Colin Doyle, M/21, Glenside, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police approached him and another male preparing to fight in the street. Doyle appeared to be highly intoxicated, presented with blood shot eyes, and was unsteady on his feet.  Citations were issued.

Public Drunkenness and False Identification, December 29, 2021, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Cameron Michie, M/20, Ambler, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police caught him engaging in a fight and when approached fled the scene. When police caught up to him he produced a fake ID, appeared heavily intoxicated, had blood shot eyes, and was very unsteady on his feet. Citations were issued.

Ordinance Violation, December 31, 2021, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Dennis Haley Jr., M/28, Chalfont, PA, was cited for the above offense after police detected a strong odor coming from his vehicle. When approached and asked about it he admitted to having a small amount of marijuana in his vehicle.  A Citation was filed.

Disorderly Conduct, December 31, 2021, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Laura Knaak, F/22, Telford, PA, was cited on the above offense for public urination. A Citation was filed.

ARRESTS

Harassment Arrest, November 2, 2021, 43 N. Pine Street (Quigley Law Office), Doylestown Borough – David Bruno Jasiulewicz, M/32, of Levittown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police were dispatched for a harassment complaint. Due to Jasiulewicz’ continuing course of conduct from previous incidents, he was charged. A Citation has been filed.

Disorderly Conduct and Harassment Arrest, November 3, 2021, 474 North Street, Doylestown Borough – Eric Moyer, M/43, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offenses after officers responded to a noise complaint. Moyer left an unattended leaf blower running at the base of his driveway and playing loud music. At the request of officers, Moyer turned off the equipment and turned down the music only to jump on a riding lawnmower and began driving in an erratic manner around the officer and complainant in an attempt to drown out the conversation. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Harassment Arrest, November 4, 2021, tens block of N. Main Street, Chalfont Borough – Justin Christopher Butler, M/30, of Chalfont, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police were dispatched for a domestic disturbance.  Butler allegedly pushed the victim, no injuries were sustained. A Citation has been filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, November 6, 2021, 480 North Street, Doylestown Borough – Eric Moyer, M/43, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police responded for parking complaint. Due to Moyer’s continuing course of conduct from previous incidents the same day, he was charged. A Citation has been filed.

DUI Arrest, November 6, 2021, N. Pine and State Streets, Doylestown Borough – Avvannah Leigh Raphial, F/24, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense following a traffic stop for traveling the wrong way on East State Street. Raphial presented with an odor of alcoholic beverage and bloodshot eyes. Field sobriety tests were failed and subsequent blood draw at Doylestown Hospital was obtained. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

DUI Arrest, November 6, 2021, S. Main and State Streets, Doylestown Borough – Marikay Geib, F/44, of Doylestown PA, was arrested for the above offense when police observed Geib and another vehicle driver at a standstill and verbally fighting. Police intervened and Geib then pulled away and was stopped again by different officers who also observed the altercation. Geib appeared nervous, frantic and unable to stay focused. Officers observed illegal substances in the vehicle. Field sobriety tests were failed and subsequent blood draw at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Disorderly Conduct and Harassment Arrest, November 6, 2021, 480 North Street, Doylestown Borough – Eric Moyer, M/43, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense and graded as a misdemeanor charge given the numerous complaints. During this incident, Moyer left two running lawnmowers at high rpm unattended.  A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct, Public Drunkenness Arrest, November 7, 2021, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Sean E. Pfeiffer, M/33, of Jamison, PA, was arrested for the above offenses following officers observing Pfeiffer urinating in public. Pfeiffer refused to leave the alleyway and physically resisted officers with closed fist. Pfeiffer was arraigned, bail set at 10% of $25,000, and remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Disorderly and Public Drunkenness Arrest, November 7, 2021, W. State Street, Doylestown Borough -

Christopher Hallman, M/23, of Coopersburg, PA, was arrested for the above offenses after police were dispatched for a fight that occurred on the street. Hallman sucker punched the victim and fled the area. Hallman was later found and presenting with glassy eyes and an odor of alcoholic beverage. Citations were filed.

DUI Arrest, November 7, 2021, Broad Street and Veterans Lane, Doylestown Borough – Timoteo Tzaj Guachiac, M/21, of Hatfield, PA, was arrested for the above offense following a traffic stop for traveling in the wrong lane of travel and vehicle swerving.  When officer approached the driver’s side, Guachiac attempted to place the vehicle in drive and was stopped as another officer entered the passenger side and turned off the ignition. Guachiac presented with glassy eyes, unsteady on his fee, and strong odor of alcoholic beverage. Field sobriety tests could not be administered safely due to Guachiac’s condition. Guachiac did not possess a valid driver’s license. Subsequent blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Ordinance Violation, November 9, 2021, Hellberg Avenue, Chalfont Borough – Timothy Crawford, M/31, of Aston, PA, and Patrick Dunleavy, M/24, of West Chester, PA, were cited for solicitating for Vision Solar without a permit. A Citation has been filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, November 9, 2021, 474 North Street, Doylestown Borough – Eric Moyer, M/43, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense for ongoing neighbor conflict where Moyer continues to agitate neighbors with noise and parking issues. A Citation has been filed.

Harassment Arrest, November 10, 2021, 600 block N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Faith Madison, F/21, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police responded to an abandoned 911 call. The domestic disturbance investigation resulted in Madison being charged. A Citation has been filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, November 21, 2021, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Timothy Hunter Swierzewski, M/24, of Sellersville, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police observed Swierzewski wrestle another male to the ground. By the time police approached him, the victim left the area. A Citation has been filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, November 21, 2021, W. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Smthembile Heeren, M/29, of Lansdowne, PA, was arrested for the above offense for public urination.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, November 24, 2021, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Andrew Arthur Doyle, M/21, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after being removed from the liquor establishment and pushing/grabbing patrons outside waiting in line. A Citation has been filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, November 24, 2021, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Benjamin Riegel, M/23, Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after being removed from the liquor establishment after employees witnessed him urinating inside the establishment. A Citation has been filed.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, November 25, 2021, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Alexis Hack, F/24, Chalfont, PA, was arrested for the above offense when police made contact with her after witnessing her vomit on the ground. She presented with an unsteady gate, slurred speech, and a heavy odor of alcohol. A Citation has been issued.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, November 27, 2021, W. Court Street, Doylestown Borough – Liam Reilly, M/21, Gainesville, FL, was arrest on the above offense after police witnessed him urinating next to his vehicle. A Citation was issued.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, November 27, 2021, W. Court Street, Doylestown Borough – Antonio Grazoni, M/22, Warminster, PA, was arrested on the above offense after police witnesses him urinating next to his vehicle. A Citationl was issued.

Trespassing Arrest, November 28, 2021, E. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough – Robert McNamee, M/81, New Britain, PA, was arrested for the above offense after he admitted to police that he entered another person’s apartment without permission. McNamee was arraigned and bail was set at $10,000 unsecured.  A Criminal Complaint was filed.

Harassment Arrest, November 28, 2021, Lafayette Street, Doylestown Borough – Kevin Kazmiroski, M/34, Sellersville, PA, was arrest for the above offense after he called the victim numerous times and then showed up at their home banging on the door. A Citation was filed.

Harassment Arrest, November 29, 2021, Spruce Street, Doylestown Borough – Justin Way, M/38, Doylestown, PA, was arrested on the above charge after he used his vehicle to block the victim from driving and then got out of his vehicle yelling before slapping the victim. A Citation was filed.
