ARRESTS

Threat Arrest, August 2,2021, 625 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough- Edward Pudlo, M/35, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police were called for a Disorderly Conduct call at the Main Street Inn. Pudlo made threating comments.  A Criminal Complaint was filed.

Drug Violation Arrest, August 2, 2021, 625 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough- Edward Pudlo, M/35, of Doylestown, PA was arrested for the above offense after police went to serve an arrest warrant at the Main Street Inn. Pudlo was found to have drug paraphernalia and controlled substances on his person. Pudlo was arraigned, $50,000 unsecured bail.

Underage Drinking Arrest, August 2, 2021, Butler Ave, Chalfont Borough- Reis Braccio, M/20, of Chalfont PA, was arrested for the above offense after being pulled over for not having a functional license plate light. During the stop alcohol was found in the back seat of the vehicle. Non- Traffic Citation was filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, August 3, 2021, 400 Block of N. Street, Doylestown Borough - Eric Moyer, M/42, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after officers were called back for a noise compliant of loud music being played, and commercial grade lawn mower running unattended. A Citation was filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, August 7, 2021, 400 Block of N. Street, Doylestown Borough - Eric Moyer, M/42, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after officers had numerous calls that Moyer was playing loud music, yelling and screaming obscenities. Moyer was arraigned, $25,000/10% and ordered to Bucks County Prison.

False Identification Arrest, August 6, 2021, 19 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough- Elizabeth Marshall, F/20, of Warrington, PA, was charged with the above offense after officers were called to pick up a fake ID that Marshall was using. A citation was filed.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, August 7, 2021, 19 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough- Michael Smith, M/24, of Pipersville,PA, was arrested for the above offense after an officer observed a male stumble and fall. Smith presented an unsteady gate, slurred speech and glassy eyes, and strong smell of alcohol emanating from his person. A Citation was filed.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, August 7, 2021, N. Broad Street, Doylestown Borough- Luke Franco, M/22, of Zionsville, PA, was arrested for the above offense after a motorist observed a male laying on the sidewalk. Officers found Franco laying in the fetal position on the sidewalk and unresponsive, but breathing. Officers called for EMTS for alcohol poisoning. Citation was filed.

Soliciting Arrest, August 8,2021, Jasen Dr, Chalfont Borough- Eric Chubnksy, M/21, and Lauren Hughes, F/21, were arrested for the above offense when officers got called out for individuals Soliciting without a permit. Hughes and Chubnsky were handing out flyers and collecting donations for PENN State University THON. Citations were filed.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, August 10,2021, 297 Keeley Ave, Chalfont Borough- Sonny Stevenson, M/20, of Glenside, PA, was arrested for the above offense after an officer found a suspicious vehicle parked at the Cover Bridge Park unoccupied. After checking the area, the officer observed Stevenson with open containers, and admitting he had been drinking. A Citation was filed.

Marijuana Ordinance Arrest, August 10, 2021, Green Street, Doylestown Borough- Kirschu Turner, M/22, of Trenton, NJ, was arrested on the above offense when an officer was conducting a traffic stop for speeding. The officer detected a smell of Marijuana from the car and Turner admitted having marijuana in the vehicle. Citations were filed.

Retail Theft Arrest, August 18, 2021, 132 Veterans Lane, Doylestown Borough- Lawrence Cowan, M/66, of Bensalem, PA, was arrested on the above offense after Cowan was seen on video placing a bottle of Vodka in his pocket and leaving without paying for it. An arrest warrant was issued.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, August 12, 2021, 100 Block of N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough- Arnold Gooch, M/44, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested on the above offense after an officer got called for a male who appeared to have been in a fight. Gooch admitted to being intoxicated. A Citation was filed.

DUI Arrest, August 13, 2021, W. Butler Ave, New Britain Borough- Ulises Dejesus Alfaro Olivera, M/19, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after an officer was called out for a traffic accident. Olivera fled the scene but was identified by the wallet left in the car. When Olivera was located he had alcohol emanating from his person. Olvera was arraigned, $25,000 unsecured bail.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, August 15, 2021, 186 W. State Street, Doylestown Borough- Shawn Williams, M/22, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested on the above offense after an officer noticed Williams sleeping with his head on the table, unresponsive to the officer’s attempt to wake him, after numerous attempts Williams finally awoke. Williams had bloodshot and glassy eyes, and alcohol emanating from his breath. A Citation was filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, August 15, 2021, Dommel Way, Doylestown Borough- Kristain Green, M/21, of Quakertown, PA, Jesse Jurgensen, M/21, of Harleysville, PA, and Evan Meeking, M/21, of Harleysville, PA, were arrested on the above offense after an officer witnessed the three males urinating in a bush. Citations were filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, August 15, 2021 376 W. Butler Ave, New Britain Borough- Gregory Zanolini, M/25, of New Britain, PA, was arrested on the above offense after officers got called to a fight. Zanolini was causing a disturbance and wouldn’t allow individuals to leave the parking lot. A Citation was filed.

Ordinance Violation Arrest, August 19, 2021. 400 Block of 400 North Street, Doylestown Borough- Eric Moyer M/42 of Doylestown was arrested on the above offense for having a trailer not attached to a vehicle. A Citation was filed.

Assault Arrest, August 18, 2021, 625 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough- Mark Tobey M/41, was arrested on the above charge when police responded to 625 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough for a domestic disturbance and were told that the male fled. When police located Tobey he was visibly intoxicated and told police that he had been drinking. A witness stated that she saw Tobey shove a female guest who then fell and hit her head on a metal railing. Tobey was taken into custody and became verbally and actively combative including threatening police officers and resisting arrest. Tobey was arraigned, bail set at 10% $175,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
 

Criminal Trespassing Arrest, August 19, 2021, 555 N. Broad Street, Doylestown Borough- Robert Gallagher, M/30, was arrested for the above offense after an officer got a call for a male banging on apartment doors. Gallagher was not allowed on the property due to prior incidents. Gallaher was Arraigned, $5,000/10% bail and was transported to Bucks County Corrections.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, August 19, 2021, 300 Block of North Street, Doylestown Borough- Stephen Hinkle Jr, M/36, of Norristown, PA, was arrested on the above offense after officers were called for a suspicious male walking in the back yards of houses. Hinkle was identified by a witness. A Citation was filed.

DUI Arrest, August 19,2021, W. Butler Ave and Ute Rd, New Britain Borough- Diane Malnati, F/74, of King of Prussia, was arrested on the above offense after an officer was called to the scene of an accident. Malnati was witnessed hitting a curb and nearly striking a pedestrian before the accident. She was taken to Doylestown Hospital for a legal blood draw. Criminal Complaint was filed.

Theft Arrest, August 20, 2021, 400 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough- Jonathan Mitchell, M/45, was arrested for the above offense after police were called for a theft of a cell phone. Mitchell told the owner of the phone he could meet him at Main Street Inn and buy it back. Video surveillance captured the incident and Mitchell was identified. Mitchell was arraigned on $5,000 unsecured bail. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, August 22, 2021, 22 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough- Nicholas Natriello, M/35, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested on the above offense after police witnessed him enter an alley way to urinate. A Citation was filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, August 22, 2021, 12 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough- Alexander Shaffer, M/22, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested on the above offense when he was found urinating in public. A Citation was filed.

DUI Arrest, August 22, 2021, 10 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough- George Lindsey, M/27, of Chalfont, PA, was arrested on the above offense when an officer observed a vehicle striking an elevated cement sidewalk then drive off. The vehicle eventually stopped on the side of the road an got out of the vehicle. The officer saw the male stumble and almost fall. The man then returned to the vehicle, began to drive away and a traffic stop was made. Lindsey was unsteady on his feet and had a strong odor of alcohol coming from his person. Lindsey admitted to consuming alcohol. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, August 22, 2021, 33 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough- Ryan O’Connor, M/40, of Warrington, PA, was arrested on the above offense when witnessed him urinating on a bush. A Citation was issued.

Forgery Arrest, August 23, 2021, 442 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough- Jennifer Darosa, F/39, of East Falmouth, MA, was arrested for the above offenses on August 23, 2021.  Police were dispatched to Planet Fitness, 442 North Main Street, Doylestown Borough, for a report of a suspicious person pulling on car door handles. Officers arrived and noticed a female, matching the description, driving toward them in a Honda Civic. After stopping the vehicle Jennifer L. Darosa produced a title, which was not in her name, and she could not tell police the name of the seller or the state in which the purchase was made. During an inventory search of the vehicle police located a firearm as well as three cell phones. Since she could not produce proof of ownership and did not possess a license to carry Darosa was taken into custody. Darosa was arraigned by Judge Armitage, bail set at 10% of $50,000, and remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Assault Arrest, August 24, 2021, 300 Block of West Court Street, Doylestown Borough- Kristina Lankford, F/69, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense when the victim came to the police station with facial lacerations received during an argument. Lankford was arraigned and bail set for $20,000, unsecured. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

Assault Arrest, August 28, 2021, North Main Street, Doylestown Borough- Andrew Bunce, M/27, of Warrington, PA, was arrested on the above offense when police were called to an apartment where the victim was seen laying on the floor. A physical altercation occurred and Bunce wouldn’t allow the victim to leave. Bunce was arraigned, bail set at $100,000 and was remanded to Bucks County Prison. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, August 29, 2021, East State Street, Doylestown Borough- Robert Yeabsley, M/22, of Ambler, PA, was arrested on the above offense when police noticed Yeabsley urinating in public. After speaking with him the officer noticed Yeabsley had slurred speech, glassy eyes, and an unsteady gate. A Citations were filed.

Harassment Arrest, September 2, 2021, Broad Street, Doylestown Borough – Ryan Neat, M/19, New Hope, PA, was arrested for the above offense after a road rage incident that led to Neat following the victim, getting out of his vehicle on 2 occasions to approach the victim’s car, and threatening the victim before returning to his vehicle and leaving the scene. Citations have been filed.

Retail Theft Arrest, September 3, 2021, 480 N. Main Street (Doylestown Shopping Center), Doylestown Borough – Stephen Lauch, M/55, Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after witnesses reported that a man filled a cart with plants from the front of the store and place them in his vehicle before leaving the parking lot without paying for them. The witness was able to obtain a license plate number, and police traced it back to Lauch. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

Drug Violation Arrest, September 4, 2021, 470 W. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough – Caprice Vereen, M/46, Philadelphia, PA, was arrested on the above offense when the vehicle he was riding in was stopped after police noticed the tinted driver’s side window and no license plate light. Vereen was found in possession of marijuana and taken into custody, processed and released.  The driver was cited for a suspended license.

Assault Arrest, September 5, 2021, 200 Town Center, New Britain Borough – Aimee Hersh, F/42, Chalfont, PA, was arrested on the above offense after police were called to Giant Supermarket by an employee who reported that a woman had assaulted another female in the store and then left. Police located Hersh in the area, the victim was able to positively identify Hersh and she was taken into custody. Hersh was arraigned, bail set at $10,000 unsecured with conditions.

Trespassing Arrest, September 6, 2021, 625 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Maurice Ford, M/33, Trenton, NJ, was arrested for Trespassing after police responded to the Main Street Inn for a report of a male who refused to leave the property after being told there were no rooms available. Ford was asked to leave the property several times by police and after continuing to refuse he was taken into custody.  A citation was issued.

Drug Violation Arrest, September 11, 2021, E. Oakland Avenue, Doylestown Borough – Joshua McGrory Jr., M/20, Feasterville, PA, was arrested on the above offense after police stopped his vehicle when they witnessed him driving the wrong direction on a one-way street. Controlled substances were suspected, consent to search was given and controlled substances found. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, September 11, 2021, 25 E. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Nicholas Dipalma, M/23, Chalfont, PA, was arrested on the above offense after police witnessed him urinating in an ally. Dipalma was unsteady on his feet and presented with heavily slurred speech. A citation was filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, September 11, 2021, 19 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough - Christian Bisceglie, M/24, Chalfont, PA, was arrested on the above charge after police noticed him walk behind a building, when approach and asked why he was back there he stated that he was urinating. A citation was issued.

DUI Arrest, September 11, 2021, E. Oakland Avenue, Doylestown Borough – Kiera Correll, F/22, Hamburg, PA, was arrested for DUI when police witnessed her vehicle strike another vehicle, pull over and strike the curb before parking. Correll presented with slurred speech and was unsteady on her feet.  After failed sobriety tests, Correll was taken to Doylestown Hospital for a legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, September 12, 2021, 18 W. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Jed Fizzano, M/23, Doylestown, PA, was arrested on the above charge when police witnessed him urinating in a stair well. A citation was issued.

DUI Arrest, September 12, 2021, Route 202, Doylestown Borough – Jacqueline Bowe, F/65, Lambertville, NJ, was arrested on the above charge after police witnessed her smoking marijuana in her vehicle while stopped at a traffic light. Bowe was taken into custody, processed and released. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

PFA Violation Arrest, September 14, 2021, 425 S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Kyle Robinson, M/35, Levittown, PA, was arrested on the above charge after he drove alongside the victim and shouted at her.  A Criminal Complaint was filed.

Drug Violation Arrest, September 15, 2021, 490 E. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough – Philip Ventigli Jr., M/31, Quakertown, PA, was arrested on the above violation after police noticed his vehicle parked on the side of the road in a no parking location. When Ventigli noticed the police vehicle he began moving forward and proceeded to turn down another street before pulling over.  Police approached the vehicle and detected a strong odor of marijuana. Ventigli admitted to being in possession of drugs and turned them over to police. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

DUI Arrest, September 15, 2021, N. Main Street, Chalfont Borough – Jessica Borgia, F/30, Chalfont, PA, was arrested on the above charge when witnesses stopped police to reported a hit and run accident. They were able to obtain a license plate and the vehicle was later located in the parking lot of the New Britain Inn. Borgia had noticed the damage to her vehicle when she arrived but could not remember being in an accident. Borgia presented with heavily slurred speech and was unsteady on her feet. She was taken in to custody and a Criminal Complaint was filed.

Ordinance Violation - Marijuana, September 18, 2021, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Diamond Jackson, F/30, Philadelphia, PA, was arrest on the above offense when stopped her vehicle for an expired registration. Jackson was in possession of a small amount of marijuana. A citation was issued.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, September 19, 2021, 425 S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Lawrence Loughery, M/32, Conshohocken, PA, was arrested on the above offense after police were called for a disorderly male in the store throwing signs and yelling. Loughery presented with slurred speech and a strong odor of alcohol. Loughery apologized and was released. A citation was issued.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, September 19, 2021, 30 E. Oakland Avenue, Doylestown Borough – Tmothy Swierzewski, M/24, Sellersville, PA, was arrested on the above offense after a man reported witnessing Swierzewski urinating on his car. A citation was issued.

Ordiance Violation – Solicitation, September 23, 2021, 231 Jefferson Street, Doylestown Borough – Coastal Subscription Agency, a company out of Phoenix, AZ has been charged for soliciting without a permit. A citation was issued.

Drug Violation Arrest, September 25, 2021, 72 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Evan Britz, M/24, Warminster, PA, was arrested on the above charge after police responded to a one vehicle accident. The vehicle crashed into a light pole and prior to police arriving witnesses saw Britz put a black bag in the bushes. Illegal drugs were found in the bushes and Britz was taken into custody. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

DUI Arrest, September 25, 2021, North Street, Doylestown – Steven Houck, M/53, Doylestown, PA, was arrested on the above charge after police stopped his vehicle for leaving his lane of travel several times. Police approached the vehicle and Houck presented a strong odor of alcohol, glassy eyes and slurred speech. Houck refused to complete the sobriety tests, ignored officer’s commands and resisted arrest. He was taken to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw where he continued to be uncooperative. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

DUI Arrest, September 27, 2021, 485 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Gregory Cotton, M/61, Doylestown, PA, was arrested on the above charge following a traffic stop. Cotton presented with glassy eyes, slurred speech and a blank stare. Cotton failed sobriety tests and was transported to Doylestown Hospital for a legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

DUI Arrest, September 28, 2021, 96 S. Clinton Street, Doylestown Borough – Barbarann Hendricks, F/58, Doylestown, PA, was arrested on the above charge after police were called to an accident involving several vehicles. Hendricks needed assistance to stand and presented with slurred speech and bloodshot eyes. After failing sobriety tests, she was taken to Doylestown Hospital for a legal blood draw.  A Criminal Complaint was filed.
