ARRESTS

Ordinance Violation-Solicitation, June 1, 2021, Hellberg Avenue, Chalfont Borough – Aptive Environmental, a business located in Bensalem, PA; has been charged for soliciting without a permit. A citation has been filed.

Ordinance Violation-Marijuana, June 1, 2021, S. Main Street and Hart Avenue, Doylestown Borough – Salean Fowler, M/41, of Lansdale, PA, was cited for the above offense when officers found Fowler in possession of small amount of marijuana following an traffic accident investigation.  A Citation has been filed.

Drug Violation Arrest, June 5, 2021, Sandy Ridge Drive, Doylestown Borough – Jason Henry Kuepper, M/33, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense when officers responded to the area for report of driver slumped over wheel inside vehicle. Drug paraphernalia and drugs were found in plain sight. Medical assistance was provide to Kuepper.  A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, June 5, 2021, E. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Taylor Marinelli, F/22, of Philadelphia, PA was arrested for the above offense following two officer interactions. During the first interaction, officer warned Marinelli not to consume alcohol in open container within Borough as it was an ordinance violation. Marinelli stated it was water and no alcohol. Marinelli later got sick in the street and presented with an odor of alcohol. A Citation has been filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, June 5, 2021, E. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Taylor Marinelli, F/22, of Philadelphia, PA was arrested for the above offense following two officer interactions. Marinelli later got sick in the street and presented with an odor of alcohol. A Citation has been filed.

Arrest Warrant Issued, June 7, 2021, Criminal Mischief, North Broad Street (Center Square Towers), Doylestown Borough - An Arrest Warrant has been issued for Robert Andrew Gallagher, M/30, with last known address in Doylestown Borough. On or about May 4, 2021, Gallagher entered Center Square Towers, 555 North Broad Street, Doylestown Borough, and damaged the vending machine including the credit card slot, keypad, and left screwdriver marks on the locking device in front of the machine. Video surveillance shows Gallagher, later identified, carrying a hammer and screwdriver entering the area where the vending machine is located. Damage to the machine is $2,950.00. Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Robert Gallagher is asked to contact Sgt. Paul Kreuter 215-345-4143.

Ordinance Violation-Solicitation, June 8, 2021, Sioux Road, New Britain Borough – Smartroof, Inc., a business located in Radnor, PA; has been charged for soliciting without a permit. A citation has been filed.

Burglary Arrest, June 8, 2021, E. Court Street, Doylestown Borough – Ezgi Kurt, F/31, of Ridgefield, NJ, was arrested for the above offense when police responded to a residence on E. Court Street.  Homeowner reported she was in her driveway when she noticed her front door open and Kurt standing inside the home with keys to homeowner’s vehicle and rental properties. Kurt was arraigned, bail set at 10% of $50,000 with conductions and transported to Bucks County Prison.

DUI Arrest, June 8, 2021, W. Butler Ave and S. Limekiln Pike, Chalfont Borough – Kevin Michael Germ, M/49, of Dublin, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police conducted a traffic stop for no taillights. Germ presented with slurred speech and odor of alcohol. As a result of failed field testing, Germ was taken to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Arrest Warrant Issued, June 9, 2021, Access Device Fraud and additional charges, Chalfont Borough – Kevin Arnase Campbell, M/44, of Ardmore, PA, is wanted fro several fraudulent transactions made in January 2021. A Chalfont, PA resident discovered numerous large purchases being made using his debit card without his knowledge. Fraudulent purchases total $4,747.01. A Criminal Complaint has been filed and police are asking anyone with information regarding the location of Kevin Arnase Campbell to call 215-345-4143.

Ordinance Violation-Marijuana, June 9, 2021, 375 W. Court Street (CB West HS), Doylestown Borough – Tyris James Manley, M/22, of Port Murray, NJ, was cited for the above offense when officers investigated a suspicious vehicle in the High School parking lot. Manley was in possession of a small amount of marijuana.  A Citation has been filed.

Access Device Fraud Arrest, June 10, 2021, W. Ashland Street (Station Tap House), Doylestown Borough – Harrison s. Reinbeck, M/32, of Warminster, PA, turned himself in on an Active Arrest Warrant for the above offense and six additional charges. Reinbeck made several fraudulent transactions during the month of January 2021 at the Station Tap house.  Fraudulent charges total $873.49. Reinbeck was arraigned, bail set at $25,000 unsecured with conditions.

Theft and Receiving Stolen Property Arrest, June 11, 2021, 143 E. Butler Avenue (Bunker Gun Shop II), Chalfont Borough – Georgi Hvichia, M/58, of Ambler, PA, was arrested for the above offenses stemming from an incident that took place on March 5, 2021. Hvichia was inside the Bunker Gun Shop II in Chalfont Borough purchasing a hand gun. While waiting for the required State and Federal approval, Hvichia picked up a Surefire suppressor and placed it hidden in his jacket. Hvichia then left the store. Upon investigation in conjunction with the ATF, Hvichia returned the suppressor and admitted to stealing it. An Arrest Warrant was issued and Hvichia turned himself in. Hvichia was arraigned on June 11, 2021, bail set at $50,000 unsecured.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, June 11, 2021, 577 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Anthony P. Peleckis, M/68, of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense after police observed Peleckis walking with unsteady gait and inability to continue walking. PBT showed high level of intoxication. Central Bucks Ambulance was called and Peleckis transported to Doylestown Hospital. A Citation has been filed.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, June 11, 2021, Pine and State Streets, Doylestown Borough – Ian Anthony Evans, M/21, of Pipersville, PA, was charged with the above offense following police dispatch for an unresponsive male. Central Bucks EMS provided medical attention. A PBT indicated intoxication. A Citation has been filed.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, June 13, 2021, 425 S. Main Street (Wawa), Doylestown Borough – Anthony Egidi Vecere, M/22, of Perkasie, PA, was charged with the above offense after police observed a sleeping male in the Wawa parking lot.  Vecere presented with an odor of alcohol, bloodshot eyes and subsequently failed a PBT. A Citation has been filed.

Drug Violation Arrest, June 13, 2021, 320 Swamp Road, Doylestown Borough – Justin Gerald Herling, M/37, of Langhorne, PA, was arrested for the above offense following a traffic stop for non-functioning registration plate light. Due to suspicious activity by Herling and visual content of vehicle, the K9 was deployed to the outside of the vehicle to determine potential for illegal substances. Vehicle was impounded and search warrant obtained with finding of illegal controlled substances. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Drug Violation Arrest, June 14, 2021, 100 S. Clinton Street (SEPTA Train Station), Doylestown Borough – Thomas Reilly, M/31, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense following police dispatch to the SEPTA station for an unresponsive male on the train.  Reilly woke as police arrived, balance unsteady, slow motor skills and drug paraphernalia on the seat next to him. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Aggravated Assault by Vehicle, DUI Arrest, June 17, 2021, Homestead Drive, Doylestown Borough – Liam Skully, M/18, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for a total of fourteen offenses as a result of being the driver in an accident that caused multiple injuries to multiple people. Skully turned himself in on June 17, 2021, was arraigned, bail set at $75,000 unsecured with conditions.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, June 19, 2021, 18 E. Court Street, Doylestown Borough – Joseph Andrew Hitchiner, M/24, of Warrington, PA, was arrested for the above offense when police investigated suspicious activity. Hitchiner presented with slurred speech, unsteady gait and observed with large laceration below his knee. A Citation has been filed.

Underage Drinking Violation, June 19, 2021, 19 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Nolan Patrick Reape, M/19, of Oreland, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police observed Reape exiting Chambers 19 with unsteady gait and attempting to enter the wrong Uber. Reape presented with slurred speech, bloodshot glassy eyes and odor of alcohol. A Citation has been filed.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, June 19, 2021, 12 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Sophia Marie Boggs, F/21, of Jamison, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police observed Boggs with unsteady gait and dropping things on the sidewalk. Boggs presented with bloodshot and glassy eyes, slurred speech and unable to hold items in her hands. A Citation has been filed.

DUI Arrest, June 19, 2021, 235 E. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Amy Michell Worthington, F/23, of Morrisville, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police investigated a suspicious vehicle parked in Our Lady of Mount Carmel parking lot. Worthington presented with an inability to stay focused and bloodshot eyes. Field sobriety tests were conducted and failed with admittance of consuming alcohol prior to driving.  Subsequent blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, June 20, 2021, E. Court Street and Printers Alley, Doylestown Borough – Christopher Ennis, M/38, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense when police observed Ennis sleeping on a bench. Ennis presented with slurred speech and unsteady gait. A Citation has been filed.

Drug Violation Arrests, June 20, 2021, 625 N. Main Street (Main Street Inn), Doylestown Borough – Donna M. Heath, F/51, of Levittown, PA, and Jennifer Sellers, F/37, of Hatfield, PA, were arrested for the above offense following police dispatch to the Main Street Inn for persons refusing to leave hotel room after ripping wires from behind the front desk in attempt to get Wifi connection. Both suspects were taken into custody due to previous warrants at which time illegal controlled substances were found. Criminal Complaints were filed; Sellers released to Montgomery County Sheriffs and Heath released to Bucks County Sheriffs to answer to previous warrants.

DUI Arrest, June 23, 2021, Ashland and West Streets, Doylestown Borough – Ahsaki Lopez, F/31, of New Britain, PA, was arrested for the above offense following a traffic stop for failing to stop at stop sign. Lopez presented with slurred speech and glassy eyes. Lopez failed Field Sobriety tests and was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw which was refused. Upon obtaining search warrant for legal blood draw, Lopez again refused consent.

DUI Arrest, June 25, 2021, E. Oakland Avenue (Plaza East), Doylestown Borough – Amy Presti, F/37, of Furlong, PA, was arrested for the above offense when officers investigated a traffic accident where Presti struck a parked truck while pulling into a parking space. Presti presented with glassy,blood shot eyes and an odor of alcohol and failed Field Sobriety tests. Subsequent legal blood draw took place at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, June 26, 2021, 22 S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Keenan Hunt, M/24, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense when police were dispatched to Hop Scotch Bar for report of male lying on the ground. Hunt presented with a strong odor of alcohol, slurred speech and glassy eyes. A Citation has been filed.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, June 27, 2021, W. State and Hamilton Streets, Doylestown Borough – Shawn Gerald Williams, M/22, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police responded to a report of a male passed out on a bench. Williams presented with an odor of alcohol, slurred speech and glassy eyes. A Citation has been filed.

Simple Assault, Harassment, Criminal Mischief Arrest, June 28, 2021, 114 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough - Halley Hopkins, F/18, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested following police dispatch to 114 N. Main Street in Doylestown Borough for a domestic disturbance in progress. Hopkins engaged in a verbal argument with the victim and elevated to a physical altercation when she punched the victim in the eye. Hopkins then took the victim’s phone and threw it on the sidewalk and smashed it. Hopkins was arraigned, bail set at $10,000 unsecured. 

DUI Arrest, June 29, 2021, Hamilton and Wood Streets, Doylestown Borough – Scott Famiglietti, M/47, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense following a traffic stop for vehicle traveling wrong way on one-way street. Famiglietti presented with slurred speech, lethargic and bloodshot, glassy eyes. Partial Field Sobriety Tests failed and subsequent blood draw at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

False Information Arrest, June 30, 2021, 480 N. Main Street (Acme Markets) Doylestown Borough - Frances Rose Sellecchia, F/41, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after falsely reporting a hit and run accident on May 25, 2021. A Citation has been filed.

Ordinance Violation-Marijuana, June 30, 2021, Swamp Road and Center Street, Doylestown Borough – Jared Ray Ferrence, M/19, of East Greenville, PA, was cited for the above offense when officers conducted a Motor Carrier detail in which Ferrence’s pickup truck pulling a trailer was stopped. Ferrence was in possession of a small amount of marijuana. A Citation has been filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrests, Public Urination, June 2021, Doylestown Borough – The following persons were cited for public urination:  Christopher Cannon Ryan, M/21 of Doylestown, PA; Andrew S. Whitman, M/29, of Flemington, NJ; Kevin James Kennedy, M/65, of Muncy, IN; Sean Gregory McGovern, M/22, of Doylestown, PA; Peter James Fleming, Jr., M/21, of Warminster, PA; Steve Schneider, M/29, of New Britain, PA; Michael V. Fehrle, M/29, of Doylestown, PA; Luke Joseph Basquill, M/23, of Sellersville, PA; Stephen Joseph Lowry, M/23, of Sellersville, PA; Austin James Krayger, M/26, of Horsham, PA; Evan Howard Wilson, M/24, of Doylestown, PA; Cole Alexander Hagmayer, M/23, of Doylestown, PA; Adam Peter Suder, M/21, of Morrisville, PA; Justin Thomas O’Neil, M/23, of Doylestown, PA; and, Evan Howard Wilson, M/24, of Doylestown, PA. Citations have been filed.

Theft, June 4, 2021, 301 N. Main Street (St. Paul Lutheran Church), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole a catalytic converter from a church van.

Retail Theft, June 5, 2021, 480 N. Main Street (Acme Markets), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person placed large amounts of “for sale” potted plants from outside Acme into the trunk of vehicle.

Theft from Vehicle, June 21, 2021, S. Chubb Drive, Doylestown Borough – Resident reported EZ Pass and vehicle owner manual stolen.
