for the Month of June 2022

ARRESTS

Ordinance Violation, June 2, 2022, W. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Isaiah Dunbar, M/21, Wilmington, DE, was cited for the above offense for soliciting for Rushmore Energy and Limitless Consulting & Marketing without a permit. Citations were issued to Dunbar and both companies.

Drug Possession, June 3, 2022, N. Main Street, Chalfont Borough – Andrew Albanese, M/29, Chalfont, PA, was arrested on the above charge after a traffic stop found him in possession of marijuana. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

Disorderly Conduct, June 4, 2022, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Tyler Greiner, M/29, Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense for urinating in public. A Citation was issued.

Burglary, June 4, 2022, E. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Christopher Summers, M/22, Doylestown, PA, was arrested on the above offense after he was found in the home sleeping. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Unauthorized Use of Automobile, June 8, 2022, Meadow Lane, Doylestown Borough – Dawn Nock, F/53, King of Prussia, PA, was arrested on the above offense after a lengthy investigation that began in February and resulted in Nock turning herself in on a warrant. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

Public Drunkenness, June 9, 2022, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Howard Freeze, M/46, Warrington, PA, was cited for the above offense after police were called to a report of someone harassing customers. Police made contact with Freeze who presented with bloodshot eyes and slurred speech. EMS was called to evaluate and transport Freeze to Doylestown Hospital. A Citation was issued.

Drug Possession, June 12, 2022, Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough – Stacey Clemens, F/55, Colmar, PA, was arrested on the above charge after police found her in possession of marijuana during a traffic stop. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

Public Drunkenness, June 12, 2022, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Joseph Wilson, M/43, Warminster, PA, was cited for the above offense after police observed him fall into the street after exiting an establishment. When police approached Wilson, he became agitated and began yelling while refusing to produce identification. Wilson presented with glassy and bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and was unsteady on his feet. A Citation was issued.

Ordinance Violation, June13, 2022, Chestnut Drive, Doylestown Borough – Ecoshield Pest Solutions, Norristown, PA, was cited for soliciting without a permit. A Citation was issued.

Public Drunkenness, June 16, 2022, Lamp Post Road, New Britain Borough – Brooke Davis, F/29, New Britain, PA, was cited for the above offense after police received numerous reports for an individual who was falling down and sitting in the road. Police located Davis sitting on the side of the road. Police transported her to her home and a Citation was issued.

Public Drunkenness, June 18, 2022, E. Oakland Avenue, Doylestown Borough – Alec Jackson, M/25, Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense after police found him lying in the grass, on the side of the road, sleeping. Police made several attempts to wake Jackson before he woke up. He presented with blood shot eyes and was unsteady when he tried to stand up. Police transported him to his home and a Citation was issued.

Disorderly Conduct, June 18, 2022, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Tyler Palkovics, M/21, Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense for public urination. A Citation was issued.

Public Drunkenness, June 19, 2022, Printers Alley, Doylestown Borough – William Modzelewski, M/28, Philadelphia, PA, and James Brady, M/28, Perkasie, PA, were both charged with the above offense after police were called by a local establishment to look into an earlier incident. When police arrived, they found Modzelewski and Brady sitting on the ground. Both parties presented with glassy and bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and an unsteady gait when attempting to stand. Citations were issued.

Public Drunkenness, June 19, 2022, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Collin Ennis, M/27, Dublin, PA, was cited for the above offense after police witnessed him staggering down the sidewalk, cross the street, and sit in a chair before proceeding to get up and walk into the alley. Police approached and found Ennis to have heavily slurred speech, blood shot eyes, a strong odor of alcohol, and unable to stand on his own. A Citation was issued.

Disorderly Conduct, June 19, 2022, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Christopher Edling, M/22, North Wales, PA, and Anthony Guerrelli, M/22, Chalfont, PA, were both cited for the above offense for public urination. Citations were issued.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, June 19, 2022, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Gary Maialetti, M/55, Warrington, PA, was charged with the above offense after police responded to an incident. When police approached Maialetti to question him he emptied his pockets. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

DUI/Possession, June 19, 2022, W. Butler Avenue, Chalfont Borough – Kevin Coll, M/20, Chalfont, PA, was charged with the above offense after police responded to a one vehicle accident and found drugs in Coll’s possession. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

Ordinance Violation, June 20, 2022, Cedar Drive, New Britain Borough – Michael O’Brien, M/37, Ottsville, PA, was cited for the above offense for soliciting for Green Star Exteriors without a permit. Citations were issued.

Aggravated Assault, June 21, 2022, Broad Street, Doylestown Borough - Kristen Marie Most, F/30 with no fixed abode, was being processed/arraigned at CBRPD for criminal charges out of a neighboring jurisdiction. Most became irate and confrontational when she learned the judge remanded her to prison on those charges. While escorting Most to the patrol vehicle for transport, she spit in the face of an Officer. Subsequent charges of Aggravated Assault and Assault by a Prisoner resulted in an Arrest Warrant on 6/25/2022. Most was arraigned from prison on 6/27/22, bail set 10% $15,000 and remained in the custody of Bucks County Prison.

Drug Possession, June 23, 2022, E. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough – Badira Bolden, F/21, Philadelphia, PA, was charged with the above offense after a traffic stop where police discovered she was in possession of marijuana. A Criminal Complaint was filed.

Corruption of Minors, June 23, 2022, N. Broad Street, Doylestown Borough - Dariusz Blaszczyk, M/39, of Ewing, NJ, was arrested for Corruption of Minors for luring a minor for sex after the reporting party posed as a 13-year-old girl. The “meet” took place at Center Square Towers parking lot, 555 N. Broad Street, Doylestown Borough on June 23, 2022, at 2:15 AM. Blaszczyk initiated the conversation with the fictitious girl on the Meet Me app. Blaszczyk sent numerous text messages requesting sexual acts and included a profile picture of himself. Blaszczyk was arrested without incident, arraigned, bail set at 10% of $40,000, with conditions, and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
 

Burglary, June 23, 2022, Park Avenue, Chalfont Borough - Melissa Meo, F/47, of Warminster, PA, was arrested on the above charges after police responded to Pine Creek Condominiums in Chalfont Borough on 6/23/2022. Meo, known to the residents, admittedly entered the apartment through a window without permission. Resident reports Meo ate some snacks and drank beer. Minor damages to the apartment were reported. Meo was arraigned, bail set $35,000 unsecured, with conditions, and released.

Harassment, June 24, 2022, S. Clinton Street, Doylestown Borough – Kathryn Swift, F/61, Horsham, PA, was cited for the above offense after officers were called to the SEPTA train station after the victim claimed that she was harassed by Swift on the train. A Citation was issued.

DUI, June 25, 2022, W. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Satick Koneru, M/27, Ewing, NJ, was charged with the above offense after police witnessed him driving the wrong way on a one-way street and stopped his vehicle. Koneru presented with blood shot eyes and failed field sobriety tests. He was taken to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw and a Criminal Complaint was filed.

Harassment, June 25, 2022, W. Butler Avenue, Chalfont Borough – Braylin Dougherty, 22, Chalfont, PA, was cited for the above offense after police were called to a domestic disturbance. The victim claimed that they had engaged in a verbal argument that had escalated. A Citation was issued.

Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
