ARRESTS

Drug Violation Arrest – February 3, 2021, 10:00 PM, E. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough – Miranda Heath, F/20, Doylestown, PA, was charged with drug possession when police stopped her for a traffic violation after observing her vehicle driving with a missing headlight. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Criminal Mischief Arrest – February 5, 2021, 5:50 PM, W. Court Street, Doylestown Borough – Uri Abrams, M/51, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after several complaints from motorists who received NO PARKING stickers on their vehicle windows. A Citation was issued.

Public Drunkenness Arrest – February 6, 2021, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Michael Hoover, M/44, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense when he was spotted falling off his bike. Hoover received numerous cuts to his face and hands and was observed to be intoxicated, having blood shot eyes and slurred speech.  A Citation was issued.

Harassment Arrest – February 7, 2021, 1:00 AM, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Christopher Mantell, M/24, Doylestown, PA, was arrested on the above charge after police witnessed him punch a man outside. Mantell was upset after being asked to leave the establishment and presented with glassy/blood shot eyes and slurred speech. A Citation was filed.

Solicitation Arrest – February 13, 2021, 1:30 PM, Doyle Street & West Street, Doylestown Borough – Monet Mayes, F/27, Philadelphia, PA, and Nicolas Decola, M/22, Downingtown, PA, were arrested for the above offense following numerous complaints from residents. After locating the individuals, it was determined that they were operating without a permit. Citations were issued.

Trespassing Arrest – February 14, 2021, 3:15 PM, S. Clinton Street, Doylestown Borough – Shawn Kirby, M/29, Philadelphia, PA, was arrested on the above charge after he was located inside a business after being asked on several previous occasions to leave and not return.  Kirby was arraigned and bail was set at 10% of $15,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Criminal Trespassing (Juveniles) – February 19, 2021, 1:00 AM, 300 block of North Street, Doylestown Borough – Two male juveniles have been arrested on the above charges after a resident spotted them at the back window of her home. The boys were then located by police in the rear of another property.  After being identified by the resident the juveniles were taken to into custody. Juvenile Allegations have been filed.

Theft Arrest – February 21, 2021, 11:30 PM, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Joseph Clooney, M/22, Warrington, PA, was arrested on the above charge after he was witnessed taking property belonging to another patron and was then seen walking out of the restaurant and returning without the item.  A Criminal Complaint was filed.

Simple Assault Arrest – February 23, 2021, 10:30 PM, Michael Morongell, M/45, Doylestown, was arrested on the above charges following police response to a domestic in progress at the 500 block of North Broad Street, Doylestown Borough, on February 23, 2021. Morongell engaged in a physical altercation where the victim was blocked from leaving a closet and also pinned to the ground. Morongell was arraigned and bail was set at 10% of $15,000 with bail conditions and remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
