ARRESTS
DUI Arrest, November 7, 2020, 9:41 AM, Bristol Road & Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough – Mystique Francola, F/45, of Levittown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police were dispatched for an unconscious female driver with the vehicle still in drive. Upon arrival, Francola was awake but unable to perform field sobriety tests and admitted to ingesting illegal substances. EMS cleared Francola and police transported her to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Disorderly Conduct Arrest, November 10, 2020, 5:07 PM, tens block of S. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Thomas J. Beahm, M/70, of Doylestown, PA; and, Brendon Scott Beittel, M/52, of Doylestown, PA, were charged with the above offense following a physical dispute toward the end of a protest in the center of town. Citations have been filed.
Criminal Mischief Arrest, November 11, 2020, 11:25 AM, 625 N. Main Street (Main Street Inn), Doylestown Borough – Kristina Jennifer Schmidt, F/19, no fixed abode; and, Daquan Williams, M/27, no fixed abode, were charged with the above offense when the couple caused approximately $300 in damage to the hotel room. Citations have been filed.
Drug Violations Arrest, November 12, 2020, 9:33 PM, tens block of W. Butler Avenue, Chalfont Borough – Christopher Adam Pursell, M/27, of New Britain, PA, was arrested with the above offense after police observed the vehicle parked at Magic Touch Car Wash. Pursell was operating the vehicle on a suspended license. Pursell was found in possession of illegal substances and drug paraphernalia. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Drug Violations Arrest, November 12, 2020, 8:30 PM, 100 block of S. Pine Street, Doylestown Borough – A 17 yr old (juvenile), of Doylestown, was arrested for the above offenses after officers responded to suspicious vehicles parked in the rear of the Library. Upon arrival, Officers observed controlled substance and paraphernalia in the vehicle in plain view. A Juvenile Allegation have been filed.
Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Criminal Mischief, Theft, Receiving Stolen Property Arrest, November 13, 2020, 10:30 AM, 206 E. Butler Avenue (Wehrung’s Hardware), Chalfont Borough - Joshua Michael Groff, M/30, no fixed abode, was arrested following a forced-entry burglary of Wehrungs Hardware Store. The glass front doors of the store were smashed and officers found Groff’s personal belongings in the bathroom of the store. As Detectives were processing the scene, Officers responded to a report of unwanted subject, Joshua Groff, on the grounds of Delaware Valley University. As Groff was taken into custody, he told Officers he left his cell phone at Wehrungs where he broke into the building the night before. Groff was arraigned, secured bail 10% $25,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
Sale/Transfer of Firearm, Criminal Attempt, Unsworn Falsification to Authorities, November 13, 2020, Chalfont Borough - Byron Elliot Huffman, M/37, of Souderton, PA, was arrested for illegal attempt to purchase a firearm violating the PA Crimes Code regarding persons eligible to own a firearm. Huffman was denied purchase on May 21, 2020 due to a previous conviction. During attempt to purchase, Huffman falsified the required ATF firearms transaction form as well as the PA State Police Application/Record of sale form. Huffman was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
Bad Checks, Theft by Unlawful Taking, Receiving Stolen Property Arrest, November 19, 2020, 12:00 PM, 18 W. State Street (Doylestown Inn), Doylestown Borough - Diemba Goldwire, F/44, of Philadelphia, was taken into custody on an outstanding Arrest Warrant based on an incident from November 6, 2020. Goldwire approached the victim, who was staying at The Doylestown Inn, asking for a ride. Goldwire explained to the victim that she was in the middle of a divorce and struggling financially. Goldwire asked the victim to cash a check for her in the amount of $1,200. Due to the check not clearing immediately, victim gave Goldwire $400 cash and the use of the victim’s credit card up to a total of $1,200. The check never cleared as it was fraudulent, drawn on a closed account due to previous checks being stolen. Goldwire was arraigned, 10% $25,000 bail and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
Retail Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, Theft by Unlawful Taking, and Bad Checks Arrest, November 20, 2020, 2:02 PM, 505 East Street (Butterflies & Bullfrogs), Doylestown Borough – Djemba A. Goldwire, F/44, of Philadelphia, PA, was arrested for the above offenses for bad checks that were passed and subsequent merchandise fraudulently purchased in the amount of $474.53. A Criminal Complaint was filed and Warrant issued. Goldwire is currently being held on other charges out of CBRPD and will be processed at future date.
Disorderly Conduct Arrest, November 27, 2020, 10:04 PM, S. Hamilton Street, Doylestown Borough – Shawn Williams, M/21, of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense following police observing Williams publically urinating. A citation has been filed.
Drug Violations Arrest, November 27, 2020, 7:28 PM, 448 E. State Street (Chapman Park), Doylestown Borough – Qadree Karim Fletcher, M/22, of North Wales, PA, was arrested for the above offense when police checked a suspicious vehicle. The passenger, Fletcher, admitted to having possession of an illegal substance. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Drug Violations Arrest, November 28, 2020, 1:31 AM, N. Main & Spruce Streets, Doylestown Borough – Two juvenile females were arrested for the above offense after officers conducted a well being check on the juveniles walking in Doylestown Borough at a late hour. Both juveniles presented with glassy eyes and pale skin and feeling unsteady. Juveniles admitted to using illegal substances. Juvenile Allegations have been filed.
Simple Assault and Harassment Arrest, November 28, 2020, 11:26 AM, tens block of Ashland Avenue, Doylestown Borough - John Paul Billie, M/53, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested following a domestic dispute. A verbal argument escalated into physical contact with the victim. Billie removed the victim from his residence by hitting and kicking the victim. Once outside, the victim knocked on the closed door to the residence at which time Billie responded by opening the door and punching the victim in the face causing physical injury. Billie was arraigned, bail set at $25,000 unsecured with bail restrictions.
Public Drunkenness Arrest, November 28, 2020, 8:45 PM, tens block of N. Church Street, Doylestown Borough – Chelsey Olivia Hardy, F/28, of Collegeville, PA, was charged with the above offense after officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance. Hardy was found to be intoxicated and banging on a residential door where she was not welcomed. A Citation has been filed.
Simple Assault, Harassment Arrest, November 30, 2020, 11:26 AM, Ashland Street, Doylestown Borough - John Paul Billie, M/53, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested following a domestic dispute. A verbal argument escalated into physical contact with the victim. Billie removed the victim from his residence by hitting and kicking the victim. Once outside, the victim knocked on the closed door to the residence at which time Billie responded by opening the door and punching the victim in the face causing physical injury. Billie was arraigned, bail set at $25,000 unsecured with bail restrictions.
Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Stolen Credit Cards/Gift Cards, November 20, 2020 = CBRPD has come into possession of multiple credit cards/gift cards as a result of an investigation. It is believed these were removed from parked vehicles in the Doylestown area. If you were a victim of stolen credit cards/gift cards, please contact Detective David Jenkins at 215-345-4143.
Theft, November 6, 2020, 10:10 AM, 100 block of Wood Street, Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole political flags from a residential property during the overnight hours.
Theft, November 14, 2020, 10:22 PM, 480 N. Main Street (Acme Markets), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole victim’s I-Phone from counter top area.
Theft, November 19, 2020, 5:08 PM, 17 S. Main Street (Gap Store), Doylestown Borough – Two unknown females were observed entering the store empty handed and left the store approximately 20 minutes later with several pieces of merchandise in mesh bags.
Theft, November 21, 2020, 9:52 AM, 50 S. Main Street (LaCasita Mia), Doylestown Borough – Unknown male and female, reported to be driving a white work van, stole antique planters from the porch of business establishment.
Theft, November 25, 2020, 4:44 AM, tens block of Belmont Square, Doylestown Borough – Two unknown females stole political signs from resident’s yard.
Theft, November 27, 2020, 10:07 AM, 318 N. Main Street (Dairy Queen), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole large business sign valued at $1,500.
