ARRESTS
Harassment, February 02, 2023, Hillcrest Avenue, Chalfont Borough -Justin Monosso, M/56, Chalfont, PA, was cited for the above offense after a neighbor dispute. Citations were issued.
Ordinance Violation, February 3, 2023, Broad Street, Doylestown Borough- Edward Helmick III, M/22, Malvern, PA, was cited for the above offense after he was found to be in possession of marijuana and other paraphernalia during a traffic stop. Citations were issued.
Harassment, February 4, 2023, E. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough (Del Val University) – Barbara Sanchez, F/20, Stratford, NJ, was cited for the above offense after an argument in a dorm. The victim stated that Sanchez came into her room uninvited, ran toward her and pushed her in the chest. A Citation was issued.
Trespassing, February 7, 2023, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough (Poco’s) – Joshua Doutt, M/38, Doylestown, PA, and Christopher Scott, M/38, Doylestown, PA, were arrested for the above offense after a business owner received an alarm notification overnight. After reviewing security footage, Doutt and Scott were seen inside the building after the business closed for the evening. They were located on the property and taken into custody. They were both processed, arraigned, bail set at 10% of $25,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison. Criminal Complaints were filed.
Assault, February 9, 2023, Maple Avenue, Doylestown Borough (Harborview) – Alan Palmer, M/66, Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense after he punched the victim numerous times in the face and chest after a verbal argument. Palmer was taken into custody, processed, and released. A Criminal Complaint was filed.
Ordinance Violation, February 10, 2023, Shewell Avenue, Doylestown Borough – Joseph Kearney, M/39, Quakertown, PA, was cited for the above offense after Kearney was stopped by police for driving the wrong direction on a one-way street. While speaking with the officer, Kearney admitted to having a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle. Citations were issued.
Public Drunkenness, February 11, 2023, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Michael Stewart, M/54, North Wales, PA, was cited for the above offense after police witnessed him walking down the street with an unsteady gate. Stewart then fell into the entryway of a business and had difficulty getting up. Police approached him and offered medical assistance but Stewart refused. Stewart was released to a friend and a Citation was issued.
Disorderly Conduct, February 11, 2023, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Michael Hofferica, M/25, Holland, PA, was cited for the above offense for urinating in public. A Citation was issued.
Harassment, February 13, 2023, Old Dublin Pike, Doylestown Borough – Stefan Kucharewicz, M/62, Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense after police responded to a domestic call. The victim stated that a verbal argument turned physical and Kucharewicz had punched them in the face and shoulder. A Citation was issued.
Disorderly Conduct, February 12, 2023, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Patrick Malloy, M/33, Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense for urinating in public. A Citation was issued.
Trespassing, February 12, 2023, Patriot Drive, Chalfont Borough – Timothy Allen, M/32, Chalfont, PA, was charged with the above offense after police responded to a homeowner’s call of someone on his back porch knocking on and trying to open his patio door. Police arrived and found Allen on the back porch. Allen was taken into custody, arraigned, bail set at $15,000 unsecured with conditions. A Criminal Complaint was filed.
Aggravated Assault, February 16, 2023, E. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough (Foundations) – Morgan Mitchell, F/25, Ewing, NJ, was charged with the above offense and other charges after an investigation into an assault that occurred in November 2022. The victim sustained injuries while protecting another person from Mitchell. Mitchell was processed and arraigned, bail set at $20,000 unsecured and released. A Criminal Complaint was filed.
DUI, February 16, 2023, E. Butler Avenue, Chalfont Borough – Ryan Smith, M/49, Bellmawr, NJ, was charged with the above offense after police witnessed his vehicle hit a curb and conducted a traffic stop. Smith presented with bloodshot glassy eyes, slurred speech, a strong odor of alcohol, and failed field sobriety tests. Smith was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw and then taken into custody, processed, and released. A Criminal Complaint was filed.
Disorderly Conduct, February 18, 2023, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Raymond Presutti, M/21, Warminster, PA, and Neo Tindall, M/22, Robbinsville, NJ, were cited for the above offense after police were called to a local establishment for a disorderly person. Police were told by employees that Presutti and Tindall were asked to leave, and they refused. While being escorted out they resisted and caused damage to the stairwell railing. Citations were issued.
Assault, February 19, 2023, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough - Anthony Michael Dean, M/27, of Doylestown was arrested on the above charges following police dispatch to a domestic disturbance in the Starbucks parking lot located at 10 North Main Street in Doylestown Borough. Witnesses reported Dean and the victim arguing when Dean punched the victim with a closed fist knocking the victim to the ground. When the victim tried to get up, Dean pushed the victim back to the ground. Dean was arraigned, bail set $10,000 unsecured and released.
Harassment by Communication, February 19,2023, Green Street, Doylestown Borough – Michael Finn, M/36, Collegeville, PA, is being charged with the above offense for continuously contacting the victim after being asked on numerous occasions to stop. Finn was told directly by police to have no further contact, but Finn then had a well-being check conducted by the PA State Police. A Criminal Complaint was filed.
Public Drunkenness/Disorderly Conduct, February 26, 2023, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Ashley Reeves, F/22, Landsdale, PA, was charged with the above offenses when Reeves was asked to leave a business after employees witnessed her starting arguments with other patrons. Reeves had to be escorted out after refusing. Reeves continuously tried to re-enter the business and was banging on the door. Reeves also began screaming at the employees before being taken into custody by police. Reeves was processed and released. A Criminal Complaint was filed.
Assault/Harassment, February 26, 2023, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Elizabeth Trinidad, F/25, Landsdale, PA, was charged with the above offenses after police were approached and notified that Trinidad had punched someone in the face. The victim had blood running from her nose and told police that the attack was unprovoked. Trinidad was taken into custody, processed, arraigned, bail set at 10% of $15,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison. A Criminal Complaint was filed.
Drug Possession, February 27, 2023, E. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough – Angel Fayez, M/18, Philadelphia, PA, was charged with the above offense after police stopped him for a rear taillight violation. The traffic stop resulted in Fayez indicating to police that he had marijuana in the vehicle. Police took Fayez into custody. He was processed and released. A Criminal Complaint was issued.
