There is an ongoing investigation regarding a scam artist calling victims advising they have a warrant for their arrest requiring payment via Bitcoin or other remote funding avenues.  The fraudster identifies as an Officer from Central Bucks Regional Police Department and has a middle-eastern accent.

BE ADVISED…if you have a warrant for your arrest the following would happen: You would receive paperwork from the court and/or an officer would appear at your home with official paperwork.
