EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
The safety and well-being of our personnel is necessary in order to continue to provide emergency services for the community. Therefore, we are temporarily adopting various response measures to help ensure everyone's good health.
CBRPD will continue to respond to any crimes in progress!
Felonies and crimes against persons will ALWAYS receive an immediate response!!!
Have no doubt, if you need us, we will be there!
Officers will have the discretion to handle minor complaints by phone. Such complaints may be thefts, frauds, or minor incidents (that are not in progress). Written statements or documents can be emailed to officers. At times, Officers may ask to speak with complainants outdoors when possible. Officers will try and keep a distance of 5-6 feet and may not shake hands. Please understand and realize it is for all of our good health.
Our lobby remains OPEN- walk in complaints will be received and managed through the pass-through window when appropriate.
We continue to coordinate with Fire, EMS, Emergency Management, Bucks County Health, the District Attorney’s Office and our law enforcement partners on a daily basis to ensure we have the most update and appropriate protocols.
