ARRESTS

05/01/25 – FRAUDULENT REGISTRATION, Green St., Doylestown Borough - Richard Cline, M/67 of Doylestown, PA was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for fraudulent license plate displayed on vehicle. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

05/02/25 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, N. Main & N. Broad Streets, Doylestown Borough – Michael Santo, M/46 of Furlong, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for speeding and making a right turn on red where prohibited. Santo presented with a strong odor of alcoholic beverage, bloodshot glassy eyes, slurred speech and slowed motor movements. Multiple clues of impairment were observed during field sobriety tests and legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

05/04/25 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, N. Shady Retreat Road, New Britain Borough - William Samuel Ross, M/27 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense following police response to a one-vehicle accident. Ross presented with an odor of alcoholic beverage, slurred speech, glassy bloodshot eyes, and unsteady gait. Field sobriety tests were not conducted, and Ross was transported to Grand View Hospital for medical attention where legal blood draw was obtained. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

05/04/25 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 93 Union Street (Bucks County Parking Garage), Doylestown Borough – A 15-year-old male was cited for the above offense when officers observed the juvenile attempting to throw a barricade off the third level of the parking garage. A Citation has been filed.

05/08/25 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE & SUSPENDED LICENSE, E. Oakland Ave & S. Church Street, Doylestown Borough – Ahmed Shaat, M/57 of Buckingham, PA, was charged with the above offenses when officers conducted a traffic stop for the smell of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. Legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

05/09/25 - DRUG VIOLATION, 833 E. Butler Avenue (Lifeworks School), New Britain Borough – Police responded to the school for a 16-year-old student who was found in possession of a THC vape. A Juvenile Allegation has been filed.

05/12/25 – THEFT OF MAIL, UNLAWFUL TAKING, 555 N. Broad Street, Doylestown Borough - Kathryn Gabriela Becker, F/23 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense for stealing a FedEx package from the mailroom of the apartment complex. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

05/15/25 - DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE, 80 W. State St., Doylestown Borough – Alexander Carman, M/32 of Stowe, VT, was charged with the above offense following investigation of hit and run to an unattended vehicle. Carman presented with unsteady gait, delayed speech and admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. Legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

05/15/25 – 05/25/25 - DISORDERLY CONDUCT, Doylestown Borough – The following individuals were cited for urinating in public: Remy S. Mohsini, M/32 of Holliston, MA; John Boesch, M/21 of Buckingham, PA; William McCarthy, M/22 of Plumstead, PA; Patrick Floy Glibowski, M/21 of Telford, PA; and Albert Robert Colon, M/33 of North Wales, PA. Citations have been filed.

05/16/25 - INDECENT ASSAULT, HARASSMENT, Chestnut Street, Chalfont Borough - Anthony Antonio M/78 of Chalfont, PA was charged with the above offenses following two incidents of inappropriate and unwanted contact with the victim. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

05/18/25 – DRUG VIOLATIONS, 495 East St. (7-11 Store), Doylestown Borough – Frederick Slack, M/33 of Furlong, PA, was charged with the above offense following officers dispatch to a well being check for an unconscious male subject in the store. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

05/26/25 - PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, W. Oakland Ave., Doylestown Borough - Edward Arrick Gastineau, M/63 of Doylestown, PA was cited for the above offense following police response to a subject passed out in the roadway. Gastineau presented with glassy eyes, odor of alcoholic beverage and slurred speech. A Citation has been filed.

05/27/25 – RETAIL THEFT, 456 N. Main Street (Target), Doylestown Borough - Erinda Bianchini, F/38 of Bedminster, PA, was charged with the above offense for unlawfully taking merchandise on 5/27/25. Bianchini was also involved in four previous retail thefts at this location (4/26/25, 5/1/25, 5/9/25 and 5/16/25). All thefts total 473.58 in merchandise. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

05/30/25 - SIMPLE ASSAULT, HARASSMENT, N. Main Street, Chalfont Borough - Nicole Lee Capobianco, F/19 of Chalfont, PA, was charged with the above offenses following police response to a domestic in progress. Capobianco escalated a verbal incident to a physical altercation when she broke a chair and used the leg of the chair to strike the victim causing injury. Capobianco was arraigned; bail set at $20,000 unsecured.

05/31/25 - SIMPLE ASSAULT, HARASSMENT, 555 N. Broad Street (Center Square Towers), Doylestown Borough - Thomas Joseph Roderick, M/47 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offenses following police response to a domestic in progress. Roderick struck the victim in the face after pushing the victim several times and placing his hand over the victim’s mouth. Roderick was arraigned, bail set at 10% of $100,000 with conditions and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
