ARRESTS

08/01/25 – INDECENT EXPOSURE, OPEN LEWDNESS, DRUG OFFENSE, 400 N. Main St (Wendy’s), Doylestown Borough - Daniel Anthony Gray-Lowe, M/29 of Philadelphia, PA, was charged with the above offenses following police response for an unwanted subject on 07/30/25. Gray-Lowe had returned to the establishment two days after he was observed exposing himself in a booth in the dining area. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

08/07/25 – ORDINANCE VIOLATION, Linden Avenue, Doylestown Borough - Lucas Justin Asanovic, M/18 of Easton, CT, was cited for soliciting for EcoShield without a permit. A Citation has been filed.

08/09/25 - DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, W. Butler & Hillside Avenue, Chalfont Borough - Susan Marie Siger, F/53 of Chalfont, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for erratic driving. Siger presented with glassy eyes and an odor of alcoholic beverage. Field sobriety tests were conducted and Siger refused legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

08/09/25 - DISORDERLY CONDUCT, Ferris Lane, New Britain Borough - Gary Klein, M/67 of New Britain, PA, was cited for urinating in public. A Citation has been filed.

08/11/25 - RESIST ARREST, DEFIANT TRESPASS, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 135 E. State Street (Bucks County Bar Association), Doylestown Borough - Jessical Lauren Luckey, F/37, no fixed abode, was charged with the above offenses following police response for an unwanted person. Luckey refused to leave the premises and fought with officers. Luckey was arraigned, bail set at 10% of $10,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison.

08/13/25 - DEFIANT TRESPASS, 561 N. Main Street (McDonald’s), Doylestown Borough - Jessie Mcgurty, M/25 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense following officers’ response to a subject disturbing customers. Mcgurty was cooperative and left the establishment. A couple of hours later, police responded again to Mcgurty’s presence. He was taken into custody, arraigned, bail set at 10% of $5,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison.

08/16/25 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough - Heather Gardella, F/32 of Pennsburg, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for erratic driving. Gardella presented with a strong odor of alcoholic beverage and unsteady gait. Following field sobriety tests, legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

08/17/25 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Robert C. Cowie, M/40 of Royersford, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for speeding and turning the wrong way down a one-way street. Cowie presented with an odor of alcoholic beverage and slurred speech. Field sobriety tests were administered followed by legal blood draw at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

08/20/25 - DRUG VIOLATION, W. Court & Lafayette Streets, Doylestown Borough - Musa Mohammed Fofana, M/28 of Philadelphia, PA, was charged with the above violation following a traffic stop for failing to stop at a posted stop sign. Citations have been filed.

08/21/25 - DISORDERLY CONDUCT & OPEN CONTAINER, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough - Lara Nolasco Santiago, M/5 of Doylestown, PA was cited for urinating in public and possessing an open container of alcoholic beverage. Citations have been filed.

08/22/25 – AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, SIMPLE ASSAULT (2), DISORDERLY CONDUCT (2), Main Street (MOMs), Doylestown Borough – Patrick Stan Kulikowski, M/23 of Doylestown, PA, was arrested and charged with the above offenses following a physical altercation. Kulikowski and the victim were told to leave the establishment following a verbal argument. Upon leaving, Kulikowski elevated to physical contact when he pushed the victim against a building on Pine Street and proceeded to punch the victim repeatedly in the face. Kulikowski was arraigned, bail set at 10%, $100,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison.

08/22/25 - RETAIL THEFT & RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY, 266 S. Main Street (Sarah Cornwell Jewelry), Doylestown Borough - Zenub Umer, F/19 of Chalfont, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a theft investigation of several pieces of jewelry, valued at $2,584, taken on August 7, 9 and 19, 2025. Umer, an employee of the store, was arraigned, bail set at $5,000 unsecured.

08/22/25 - THEFT OF SERVICES, 7 W. Oakland Avenue (Opal Hair Studio), Doylestown Borough - Amy Stith, F/50 of Upper Southampton Township, PA, was charged with the above offense following services provided on July 30, 2025. Opal Studio requested payment several times with an end date of August 18, 2025. On August 22, 2025, an Arrest Warrant was issued. Stith was stopped for a vehicle violation and subsequently arrested on the warrant.

08/23/25 – SIMPLE ASSAULT, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, HARASSMENT, 37 N. Main Street (MOMs), Doylestown Borough - Blaise Jude Hall, M/52 of Warrington, PA, was charged with the above offenses following police response to an assault. Hall started a physical altercation after a patron asked a party with Hall if she was okay after a fall she had taken. Hall became enraged and followed the victims outside the establishment. Hall shoved one of the victims and began exchanging punches. A MOMs employee attempted to break up the fight when Hall struck him in the mouth. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

08/24/25 – SIMPLE ASSAULT, 131 N. Main Street (Patriot Station), Chalfont, Borough - Ernest Alexander Sarao, III, M/43 of Chalfont, PA, was charged with the above offense following police response to a domestic violence incident. Sario punched the victim in the face following an argument over finances. Sarao was taken into custody, arraigned, bail set at $25,000 unsecured with conditions.

08/25/25 – SIMPLE ASSAULT, STRANGULATION, HARASSMENT & DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 201 Fonthill Drive (Fonthill Apartments), Doylestown Borough – John Blackwood, M/26 of Warminster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following police response to an assault. Blackwood assaulted the victim after they returned home with a neighbor from being out for the night. The victim remembers lying on the apartment floor with Blackwood’s hands around the victim’s neck. Blackwood was arraigned, bail set at 10% $100,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison.

08/24/25 – SIMPLE ASSAULT & HARASSMENT, 131 N. Main Street, Chalfont Borough – Ernest Alexander Sarao III, M/43 of Chalfont, PA, was charged with the above offenses following police response to a domestic dispute where Sarao had punched the victim. Sarao was arraigned, bail set at $25,000 unsecured with conditions.

08/30/25 - DISORDERLY CONDUCT, W. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Christopher Wagner, M/21 of Gettysburg, PA, was cited for urinating in public. A Citation has been filed.
