07/01/24 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, Broad and Union Streets, Doylestown Borough – Pablo Sohom Guarchaj, M/23 of Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense when officers observed and assisted Guarachaj who stumbled and fell on the street. Guarachaj presented with slurred speech and an odor of alcohol. A Citation has been filed.
07/01/24 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, 18 W. Street (Doylestown Inn), Doylestown Borough – Robert J. Sakmary, M/67 of North Wales, PA, was cited for the above offense when officer responded to Doylestown Inn for a disorderly person refusing to leave the bar. Sakmary presented with slurred speech, unsteady gait, bloodshot eyes and odor of alcohol. A Citation has been filed.
07/01/24 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, S. Pine Street, Doylestown Borough – Laura Elizabeth Low, F/41 of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense following police response to a one-car vehicle accident that struck a tree on 06/30/24. Low’s behavior indicated possible intoxication resulting in field sobriety tests that were failed. Low was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
07/02/24 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, 86 W. State Street (86 West Restaurant), Doylestown Borough – Robert J. Sakmary, M/67 of North Wales, PA, was cited for the above offense following officer response for a subject who fell asleep at the bar. Sakmary presented with slurred speech and unsteady gait. EMS was called to evaluate Sakmary. A Citation has been filed.
07/05/24 – DRUG VIOLATIONS, W. Butler Avenue and Lenape Drive, New Britain Borough – Patrick Reale Dillingham, M/27 of Wall, NJ, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop on 06/29/24 for driving without a functioning brake light and passenger headlight during time of required illumination. Dillingham presented as fidgety, panicked and nervous. He admitted to having drug paraphernalia in the vehicle and consented to a vehicle search where an illegal substance was found. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
07/06/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Tyler Tristen Towle, M/22 of Jamison, PA; and Michael Ryan Voce, M/21 of Warrington, PA, were cited for public urination. Citations have been filed.
07/06/24 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, E. Butler Avenue and Shady Retreat Road, New Britain Borough – Charles M. Beauregard, M/63 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense following police response to a two-vehicle accident. Beauregard admitted to consuming alcohol prior to driving and was subsequently transported to the hospital for medical attention. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
07/07/24 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, E. Oakland Avenue and S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Nicole R. Henry, F/41 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for traveling the wrong way down a one-way street. Henry presented with bloodshot, glassy eyes, slurred speech, odor of alcohol and avoided eye contact. Portable breathalyzer test confirmed intoxication. Henry refused field sobriety tests and legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
07/07/24 – HARASSMENT, W. Court Street and Memorial Drive, Doylestown Borough – Christopher A. Carr, M/57 of Warrington, PA, was cited for the above offense following a road rage incident on 06/18/24. Carr was at a stop sign when the vehicle behind him honked the horn to prompt him to proceed. Carr got out of his vehicle and punched the driver multiple times through an open vehicle window. A Citation has been filed.
07/08/24 – THEFT, 425 S. Main Street (Wawa), Doylestown Borough – Soso Araviashvili, M/31 of Monroe Township, NJ, was cited for the above offense after police responded to Wawa for report of subject paying for one item and leaving with six unpaid items. A Citation has been filed.
07/12/24 – DRUG VIOLATIONS, 555 N. Broad Street (Center Square Towers), Doylestown Borough – Melanie Jean Craig, F/33 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense following officer response to a verbal domestic incident where illicit drugs and paraphernalia were in plain sight. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
07/13/24 – ILLEGAL USE OF SOLVENTS, PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, E. Court Street, Doylestown Borough – Zachary William Cline, M/21 of Hatfield, PA was charged with the above offenses after officers were alerted to individuals huffing nitrous oxide from a tank. Cline presented with slurred speech and strong odor of alcohol. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
07/14/24 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, N. Main Street and Church Street, Doylestown Borough – Andrew Sanders, Jr., M/31 of Lansdale, PA, was charged with the above offense when police observed Sanders’ vehicle blocking the intersection and conducted a traffic stop for suspended vehicle registration. Sanders presented with slow and uncoordinated motor movements, bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and an odor of alcohol. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
07/15/24 - FRAUD/BAD CHECKS, Pearl Drive, Doylestown Borough - George Bernard Pudlo, M/45 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a fraud investigation. The victim contracted with Pudlo in August 2023 to perform work in October 2023. The victim paid a deposit of $2,000 with no work started nor completed. When the victim requested the deposit be returned, Pudlo issued a check which was returned due to insufficient funds. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
07/15/24 – CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, N. Broad Street, Doylestown Borough – Jeffrey Hamid Raja, M/52 of Chalfont, PA, was charged with the above offense after damaging the entry/exit gate arm at the Bucks County Garage on 07/01/24. Damages total approximately $765. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
07/15/24 - FORGERY, THEFT BY DECEPTION, RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY, 416 Town Center (Nico’s Pizza), New Britain Borough - Tariq Naheem Burrell, M/22 of Philadelphia, PA was charged with the above offenses for passing a counterfeit $100 at Nico’s Pizza on 03/21/24. Burrell was subsequently wanted by other agencies and taken into custody in Philadelphia. Burrell was arraigned, bail w/conditions set at 10%, $20,000.
07/19/24 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, Fairview and Hillside Avenues, Chalfont Borough – Kevin James Swope, M/53 of Chalfont, PA, was cited for the above offense after police observed Swope lying on the side of the roadway. Swope presented with an odor of alcohol and unable to speak. EMS responded to provide medical attention. A Citation has been filed.
07/20/24 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, 100 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Nicholas C. Uslar, M/29 of Kitnersville, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for accelerating rapidly and cutting off a police vehicle. Uslar presented with an odor of alcohol, bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, lethargic motor movements and unsteady gait. Field sobriety tests were failed and Uslar refused legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
07/21/24 – SIMPLE ASSAULT, HARASSMENT, N. Broad Street, Doylestown Borough – Lorenzo Gonzalez, M/39 of Norristown, PA, was charged with the above offenses following police response to a fight on 07/10/24 resulting in Gonzalez punching the victim in the face. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
07/22/24 – HARASSMENT, Falcon Drive, Chalfont Borough – Catherine Fishburn, F/25 of Philadelphia, PA, was cited for the above offense following hundreds of texts messages and phone calls from a former business partner. A Citation has been filed.
07/23/24 – SIMPLE ASSAULT, HARASSMENT, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Jessica Ann Loffredo, F/22 of Perkasie, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a physical altercation between known individuals on 07/12/24. Loffredo struck the victim several times, pulled the victim to the ground causing the victim to strike their head on the pavement. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
07/25/24 - CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, FIREWORKS VIOLATION, Sioux Road, New Britain Borough – Jenny Carden, F/47 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offenses following setting off fireworks on Sioux Road in a residential area on 07/04/24 causing property damage to a neighboring property. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
07/26/24 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, Sunset Avenue, Chalfont Borough – Rhyder Espinoza-Vasquez, M/43 of Hatfield, PA, was charged with the above offense following a one-vehicle traffic accident striking a fire hydrant. Espinoza-Vasquez presented with glassy eyes and an odor of alcohol. Field sobriety tests were failed, and subsequent legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
07/28/24 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, W. State and Clinton Streets, Doylestown Borough – Mark Schmeltzer, M/53 of Warminster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for driving on the sidewalk. Schmeltzer presented with glassy/blood shot eyes, slurred speech and unsteady gait. An open container of alcohol was observed in the cup holder in the console of the vehicle. Field sobriety tests were failed, and subsequent blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
07/28/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, W. State and Hamilton Streets, Doylestown Borough – The following individuals were cited in separate incidents for urinating in public: Tyler Anthony Murphy, M/27 of Perkasie, PA; Nicholas Sghiatti, M/30 of New Hope, PA; and Kevin James Golden, M/22 of Warminster, PA. Citations have been filed.

07/01/24 – THEFT, Lynwood Avenue, Chalfont Borough – Unknown person(s) conducted a fraudulent transaction via Facebook resulting in a resident paying $300 and not receiving the product with communications being cut off.
07/15/24 – THEFT, Reene Circle, Chalfont Borough – Unknown person stole a delivered package containing three cell phones, from resident’s front step. Property valued at $2,400.
07/17/24 – THEFT, 425 S. Main Street (Wawa), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole products for three consecutive days at 6:00 AM.
07/19/24 – THEFT, Kaylin Cor, Chalfont Borough – Unknown person(s) stole a delivered package containing an I-Pad, from outside of a residence. Property valued a $266.
07/26/24 – VANDALISM, Chestnut Street Park, Chalfont Borough – Unknown person(s) vandalized the gazebo by tearing off one of the benches and several spindles torn down.
07/30/24 – THEFT, Bridge Street, Doylestown Borough – Uknown person(s) stole three ceramic flowerpots from a resident’s property.
