ARRESTS
02/01/25 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE – N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Ryan Augustine Roche, M/24 of New Hope, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for erratic driving. Roche presented with bloodshot glassy eyes and an odor of alcoholic beverage. Roche failed field sobriety tests and subsequent legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
02/06/25 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE – Sandy Ridge Road, Doylestown Borough - Gavin Edward McCusker, M/18 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense following police response to a vehicle crash involving two parked vehicles on 01/13/25. McCusker presented with bloodshot eyes and an odor of alcoholic beverage. McCusker failed field sobriety tests and subsequent legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
02/07/25 – RETAIL THEFT, RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY – 456 N. Main Street (Target), Doylestown Borough – Jesse Ryan Fruman, F/33 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offenses for stealing $262 worth of merchandise on 02/05/25, 02/07/25, and 01/26/25. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
02/07/25 – UNDERAGE DRINKING VIOLATION – 700 E. Butler Avenue (Delaware Valley University), New Britain Borough – Dante Cilluffo Burns, M/19 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense following police response for an unwanted person. Burns presented with bloodshot glassy eyes and an odor of alcoholic beverage. A Citation has been filed.
02/08/25 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT – N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Michael Ratush, M/22 of Richboro, PA; James Battaglia, M/21 of Bethlehem, PA; and Ugonna Ejimonyeugwo, M/24 of Newman, GA, were cited for urinating in public during separate incidents. Citations have been filed.
02/11/25 – RETAIL THEFT, RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY – 456 N. Main Street (Target), Doylestown Borough – A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with the above offenses for stealing $298 worth of merchandise on 02/07/25 and 02/11/25. A Juvenile Allegation has been filed.
02/12/95 – ORDINANCE VIOLATION – 375 W. Court Street (CB West), Doylestown Borough – A 17-year-old juvenile was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana. A Citation has been filed.
02/12/25 – BURGLARY, THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING, RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY – W. Ashland Street, Doylestown Borough - A 14-year-old juvenile was charged with the above offenses following the theft of a motorcycle from a detached garage on residential property. A Juvenile Allegation has been filed.
02/13/25 – ORDINANCE VIOLATION – Pawnee Road, New Britain Borough – Home Genius Exteriors of Cherry Hill, NJ; Yadiel Correa Marrero, M/19 of Allentown, PA; and Zachariah J. Wetherhold, M/28 of Fleetwood, PA were cited for soliciting without a permit. Citations have been filed.
02/17/25 – STRANGULATION, SIMPLE ASSAULT, DRUG VIOLATION, HARASSMENT, 625 N. Main Street (Main Street Inn), Doylestown Borough – Justin Owenn White, M/32, no fixed abode, was charged with the above offenses following police response to a domestic dispute. White escalated a verbal argument by striking the victim multiple times in the face, placed his hands tightly around the victim’s neck and threw the victim against a wall. White then struck the victim with a closed fist several more times. White was taken into custody and arraigned, bail set at 10% $50,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
02/20/25 – RISKING CATASTROPHE, TERRORISTIC THREATS, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 99 Lantern Drive (Army Recruiting Center), Doylestown Borough – Jeffrey Edward Fountain, M/30 of Harleysville, PA, was charged with the above offenses following police response to a bomb threat on 01/27/25. The area was cleared with no incendiary device being found. An arrest warrant was issued for Fountain who was taken into custody on 02/20/25. Fountain was arraigned; bail set at $50,000 unsecured with conditions.
02/20/25 – THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING, THEFT OF LEASED PROPERTY, RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY, 196 W. Ashland Street (Coalition to Shelter & Support the Homeless), Doylestown Borough – Nicole Buckley Mormello, F/50 of Churchville, PA, was charged with the above offenses following her resignation on 10/25/25 from the Coalition. Mormello did not return an HP Pavilion laptop, HP Laserjet printer, keys to the facility and stationery despite several attempts of communication. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
02/21/25 – WEAPONS VIOLATIONS, 143 E. Butler Avenue (Bunker Gun Shop II), Chalfont Borough - Patrick Michael Donahue, M/52 of Philadelphia, PA, was charged with providing false written statement and falsification to authorities to purchase a weapon when prohibited. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
02/22/25 - RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT, DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE (MINOR) AND OTHER CHARGES, Tamenend and Matthews Avenues, New Britain Borough – Jacqueline Dawn Walton, F/20 of Doylestown PA, was charged with the above offenses following police response to a two-vehicle crash. Walton was transporting a 13-year-old juvenile in the front passenger seat. Walton presented with an odor of alcoholic beverage. Field sobriety tests were administered, and subsequent legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
02/22/25 – AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, TERRORISTIC THREATS, RESIST ARREST AND OTHER CHARGES, 37 N. Main Street (MOMS), Doylestown Borough – Carina Elise Rozycki, F/24 of New Hope, PA, was charged with the above offenses following police response to a subject who was refusing to leave the establishment. Rozycki ignored officers as she attempted to re-enter the bar. Rozycki was taken into custody for public drunkenness. Rozycki resisted arrest, was non-compliant and combative from the time of being placed in the patrol vehicle through custody at the police station including banging on the cell door, attempting to clog the plumbing, and striking an officer. Rozycki was arraigned, bail set at 10% of $200,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
02/22/25 – DEFIANT TRESPASS, LOITERING/PROWLING, Decatur Street, Doylestown Borough – Brian J. Swartz, M/46 no fixed abode, was charged with the above offenses following police response for unwanted person. Swartz returned to the residence after being instructed by police not to return during previous incidents. Swartz was taken into custody, arraigned, bail set at 10% $20,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
02/25/25 – RESISTING ARREST, PUBLIC DRUNKNNESS, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, N. Main Street and Veterans Way, Doylestown Borough – Anthony Hurt, M/37, no fixed abode, was charged with the above offenses when police responded to a subject walking in the roadway and yelling at vehicles. Hurt presented as under the influence and resisted arrest during police interaction. Hurt was taken into custody, arraigned, 10% $5,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
02/26/25 – POSSESSING INSTRUMENTS OF CRIME, OBSTRUCTING ADMINISTRATION OF LAW, IMPERSONATING A PUBLIC SERVANT AND SUMMARY OFFENSES, 10 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Charles Joseph Billera, M/56 of Pipersville, PA, was charged with the above offenses following police response to a reported argument involving a parking space on 02/07/25. Billera’s vehicle had a cover on the license plate, black film underneath and an FOP emblem covering the PA keystone state emblem on the license plate. Billera initially would not provide a driver’s license and was unable to provide insurance or vehicle registration. Police took Billera into custody to answer on existing warrants for the same offenses in a different jurisdiction. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
02/27/25 – SIMPLE ASSAULT, HARASSMENT, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 77 Bristol Road, Chalfont Borough – Janaya M. Rainer, F/24 of Camden, NJ, was charged with the above offenses when police responded to a domestic dispute. Rainer escalated a verbal altercation by pulling the victim’s hair and punching the victim in the face causing injury. Rainer was taken into custody, arraigned and released on $5,000 bail unsecured.
02/27/25 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, DRUG VIOLATIONS, E. Butler Avenue, Chalfont Borough – Maureen E. Herman, F/48 of Warminster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for not stopping at a red light. Herman presented with an odor of marijuana, was lethargic and told the officer she was smoking marijuana just as she was being pulled over. Subsequent legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
CRIME AND OTHER INCIDENTS
02/03/25 – BURGLARY ATTEMPT, 141 E. Butler Avenue, Chalfont Borough – Unknown person(s) attempted to gain access to an apartment above the Bunker Gun Shop. A metal ladder was found leaning against the outside wall and a glass window had been shattered.
02/03/25 – MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT, 440 Town Center (Evolve Fitness), New Britain Borough – Unknown person(s) took auto keys from the victim’s gym bag in the locker room and stole the vehicle parked in the lot.
02/06/25 THEFT FROM VEHICLE, 442 N. Main Street (Planit Fitness), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole the victim’s wallet from a parked vehicle and subsequently made fraudulent charges (totaling several thousand dollars) on the victim’s credit cards.
02/12/25 – THEFT OF BICYCLES, Green Street, Doylestown Borough – The theft of two bicycles from a residential garage is being investigated.
02/19/25 – CRIMINAL MISCHIEF TO AUTO, 10 S. Clinton Street (Landmark Building), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) slashed the victim’s vehicle tire while parked in the lot.
02/21/25 – CRIMINAL MISCHIEF TO BUSINESS, 625 N. Main Street (Main Street Inn), Doylestown Borough – The destruction of a hotel room is being investigated.
02/28/25 – THEFT, Spring Lake Drive, New Britain Borough – Unknown person(s) cut and stole copper cables between Verizon poles.
