Help CBRPD identify this Potted Plant Poacher caught on video! n 7/2/2022 at 8:20 PM, a woman in a white Kia parked in front of Borough Bagels located at 132 Veterans Lane, Doylestown Borough. The blonde-haired woman, wearing a pink tank top and black shorts, exited the vehicle and walked over to the front of the store, proceeded to drag a planter containing flowers and an American flag, over to her vehicle and placed it inside. The women then visited the Fine Wine and Good Spirits store, return to her vehicle and drove away.
