ARRESTS

Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct, Harassment Arrest – 10:20 PM, June 1, 2020, tens block of Pearl Drive, Doylestown Borough – Kristopher Gould, M/35, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offenses following a domestic incident leading to a physical altercation with a family member. Gould was arraigned, bail set at $10,000 unsecured and bail restrictions. Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Controlled Substance Device/Paraphernalia Arrest – 10:11 PM, June 15, 2020, 495 East Street (7-11 parking lot), Doylestown Borough – Ryan Christopher Cannon, M/20, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense following a traffic stop for suspicious activity. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

Public Drunkenness Arrest – 11:43 PM, June 16, 2020, E. Butler and Keeley Avenue, New Britain Borough – Michael Robert Cantz, M/32, of Langhorne, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police responded to a well-being check requested by a passing motorist of a male walking along E. Butler Avenue. Cantz presented with unsteady gait, slurred speech, and an odor of alcoholic beverage. A Citation has been filed.

Use/Poss of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest – 1:08 AM, June 17, 2020, East and E. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Devin Brian Heckstall, M/23, of Owings Mills, MD, and Franck Yameny, M/22, of Philadelphia, PA, were arrested for the above offense following a traffic stop for failed use of turn signal. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

CRIME AND INCIDENTS

Theft, June 10, 2020, tens block of W. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough – Unknown person(s) stole six political signs from resident’s front lawn. Approximate value $50.

Criminal Mischief, June 15, 2020, 90 Hamilton Street (Harriet Carter), Chalfont Borough – Unknown person(s) defaced an exterior door to the building with graffiti markings, broke an interior window, and potassium bicarbonate (expelled from fire extinguishers) all over the floor. Theft, June 17, 2020, 480 N. Main Street (Acme Markets), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole a wallet from a customer’s shopping cart. Anyone with information is asked to submit a tip through CrimeWatch or contact Officer DiBenedetto 215-345-4143.
