ARRESTS

Liquor Law-Underage Arrest and False Identification, 9:33 pm, December 20, 2019, 480 N. Main Street (Acme Markets), Doylestown Borough – Benjamin Lee Yerkes, M/18, of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offenses after police responded to Acme after Yerks presented a false ID and attempt to purchase beer and hard seltzer. Citations have been filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 1:24 am, December 21, 2019, 10 N. Main Street (Chambers), Doylestown Borough – Carson A. Gastineau, M/23, of Doylestown, PA, was  charged with the above offense after police observed Gastineau involved in a physical altercation in front of Chambers. Citation has been filed.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 2:14 am, December 22, 2019, 15 S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Robert F. Gilmore, M/28, of New Britain, PA, was charged with the above offense after officers observed Gilmore urinating in public. A citation has been filed.

Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

Theft, 4:45 pm, December 20, 2019, 15 W. Oakland Avenue (Forever Yarn), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) allegedly stole a wallet from employee’s pocketbook and subsequently made fraudulent purchases on credit/bank cards totaling approximately $3,194.
