Public Drunkenness Arrest, 1:58 am, December 13, 2019, 15 S. Main Street (Finney’s), Doylestown Borough – Kurt Saracini, M/28, of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense after police observed Saracini causing a disturbance after being told by the bar manager to leave the establishment several times. Officers administered the portable breathalyzer resulting in a reading of 0.266% BAC. A citation has been filed.
False Alarms, Harassment Arrest, Friday, 2:53 pm, December 13, 2019, 700 E. Butler Avenue (Delaware Valley University), New Britain Borough – Julia Antonia Bradford, F/20, of Mertztown, PA, was charged with the above offenses for making 22 hoax calls to a public safety emergency telephone line at Delaware Valley University from May 15, 2019 through November 20, 2019. The incidents Bradford reported were varied in nature and most required a Public Safety Officer to respond to some type of purported emergency situation. Bradford turned herself in on December 13, 2019 at which time she was arraigned before Judge Armitage, bail set at $15,000 unsecured with restrictions. Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
Liquor Law-Underage Arrest and False Identification, 1:03 am, December 14, 2019, tens block of N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Jack Carter Gardy, M/20, of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offenses after he approached police for a ride home. Gardy presented with an odor of alcohol and provide police with admittedly fake identification. Citations have been filed.
Public Drunkenness Arrest, 9:30 pm, December 14, 2019, 10 N. Main Street (Starbucks), Doylestown Borough – Brian Kelly, M/54, of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense after police responded to Starbucks for report of intoxicated male subject. A citation has been filed.
Harassment Arrest, 9:13 pm, December 17, 2019, 100 block of Evergreen Road, New Britain Borough – Seth Pirmann, Jr., M/21, was charged with the above offense after officers responded to the residence for an altercation with another person. A citation has been filed.
