ARRESTS

Public Drunkenness Arrest, 2:16 pm, Friday, November 15, 2019, W. Court and Hamilton Streets, Doylestown Borough – Keith Turner Goggin, M/57, of Pipersville, PA, was charged with the above offense after police observed Goggin staggering in the street.  A citation was filed.

Carry False Identification Card Arrest, 6:14 pm, Saturday, November 16, 2019, 132 Veterans Lane (Wine & Spirits), Doylestown Borough – Vincent Ray Loffredo, Jr., M/19, of Furlong, PA, was charged with the above offense after police were dispatched to the store. A citation was filed.

Public Drunkenness Arrest, 8:48 pm, Tuesday, November 19, 2019, 100 S. Clinton Street (SEPTA Station), Doylestown Borough – Alton Williams, M/28, of Philadelphia, PA, was charged with the above offense after police were dispatched to check the well-being of passenger on the train. A citation was filed.

DUI Arrest, 5:17 pm, Thursday, November 14, 2019 (filed November 20, 2019), 6 W. Butler Avenue (Doug’s Barber Shop), Chalfont Borough – Glenn Goetter, M/60, of Chalfont, PA, was charged with the above offense after police responded to Doug’s Barber Shop for a well-being check. Goettner had parked his truck over the retaining wall in the parking lot and presented with a strong odor of alcohol and bloodshot, glassy eyes. Field sobriety tests were administered and failed. Chemical blood draw at Doylestown Hospital. Criminal Complaint filed.

Identity Theft, Tuesday, November 19, 2019, 200 block E. State Street, Doylestown Borough - Unknown person/s ported victim’s phone from Verizon to T-Mobile and charged $250 and 90 to victim’s Visa debit card.

Theft, Tuesday, November 19, 2019, 1100 Font Hill Drive, Doylestown Borough – Unknown person/s stole PA license plate from vehicle.

Criminal Mischief to Vehicle, Tuesday, November 19, 2019, Union Street, Doylestown Borough – Unknown person/s keyed passenger side of parked vehicle.

Theft, Wednesday, November 20, 2019, 375 W. Court Street (CB West), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person/s stole $46.00 from several student gym bags in the men’s locker room.
