ARRESTS
Theft by Deception, Receiving Stolen Property Arrest, 3:33 pm, Wednesday, February 19, 2020, 167 S. Main Street (Bridal Hair Boutique), Doylestown Borough – Ashley L. Brunstetter, F/29 of Doylestown, PA, has been charged with the above offenses. Brunstetter paid for service and products on February 4, 2020 in the amount of $400 and again on February 8, 2020 for services in the amount of $400. Checks were written from Brunstetter’s closed account. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 12:40 am, Saturday, February 22, 2020, tens block of E. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Yvette Bradley, 42, Jamison, PA, was arrested for the above offense when police observed Bradley sit on a bench and publicly urinate. A Citation has been filed.
Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 1:17 am, Saturday, February 22, 2020, tens block of E. State Street, Doylestown Borough - Kevin Taylor Swope, M/23 of Perkasie, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police observed Swope publicly urinate in an alley near County Theater. A Citation has been filed.
Forgery, Theft by Unlawful Taking, Receiving Stolen Property Arrest, 12:00 pm, Wednesday, February 26, 2020, 398 N. Main Street (PNC Bank), Doylestown Borough – Heather L. Radhi, F/38 of Levittown, PA, turned herself in today on the above offenses. Radhi, former employee of PNC Bank, stole $17,900 through unauthorized withdrawals from customer accounts from January through April 2019; individual withdrawal amounts ranged from $1,900 to $3,000 per customer account and processed by Radhi. Additionally, an audit revealed a $2,000 shortage in Radhi's teller drawer during the same timeframe. Radhi was arraigned before Judge Armitage and released on $100,000 unsecured with bail restrictions.
Public Drunkenness Arrest, 11:54 pm, Friday, February 28, 2020, 209 Shewell Avenue (Amber Inn), Doylestown Borough - Peyton Ashley Reinheimer, F/26 of Chalfont, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police were dispatched to the Amber Inn for report of intoxicated female who was refusing to leave. A Citation has been filed.
Criminal Mischief Arrest, (charges filed February 29, 2020), 12:00 pm, November 29, 2019, tens block of Francis Meyers Road, New Britain Borough – Bernard Spohn, M/70 of Leesport, PA, was arrested for the above offense for pouring paint thinner into the victim’s gas tank in November 2019. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Criminal Mischief, Harassment Arrest, 5:06 pm, Saturday, February 29, 2020, 100 block N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Jennifer D. Fulton, F/47, of Doylestown, PA was arrested for the above offenses after police were dispatched to a domestic dispute. Fulton destroyed victim’s televisions, game system and smashed a window. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Theft, 3:19 pm, Tuesday, February 18, 2020, 432 Maple Avenue (Harborview), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole from three residents including $216 cash, cell phone charger, and At&T Mobile hotspot.
Theft, 3:34pm, Friday, February 21, 2020, 132 Veterans Lane (Wine and Spirits Shoppe), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person stole three bottles Tequila from the store without paying $117. Suspect described as black male with dreadlocks, wearing grey sweatshirt and grey pants.
Theft, 2:30pm, February 21, 2020, 318 N. Main Street (Dairy Queen), Doylestown Borough - Unknown older, large build, white female with light brown or red hair, entered the Dairy Queen and purchased food. While leaving the store, suspect approaches the exit where a poster to raise money for multiple sclerosis is displayed with a donation jar underneath. Suspect covered the donation jar (containing unknown amount of cash) with her jacket and left with it. Suspect driving an older model gold Honda Civic. Theft, 7:00 pm, Monday, February 24, 2020, 432 Maple Avenue (Harborview), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person stole Airpods, valued at $129, from a resident.
Theft, 3:30 am, Tuesday, February 25, 2020, 69 Atkinson Drive (Doylestown Car Spa), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person driving a maroon Jeep Cherokee broke into the coin box at the vacuuming station causing over $11,000 in damage using a crowbar to access coins. Suspect is male, large build, wearing dark clothes, hooded sweatshirt, black mask covering face and glove on one hand. Criminal Mischief, unknown time, Monday, February 26, 2020, 1 North Main Street (Nejad Gallery), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) defaced the fresh cement sidewalk in front of Nejad Gallery with the names “Tyler, Alena, and Allanna.” Replacement cost $3,000.
