Police are asking your assistance to identify this “Tagger” who defaced the side of the building at 138 W. State Street. Suspect is wearing jeans, black jacket, with round white logo on back, and carrying a red backpack. The markings appear to be drawn with blue spray paint and took place on April 18, 2023 between the hours of 2:00 – 4:00 PM.
