On March 24, 2025, the victim attended Planet Fitness in Doylestown Borough, where they parked their white Tesla SUV in the parking lot. Victim noticed fresh damage to their Tesla that appeared to be scratches in the shape of a swastika, when they arrived home. Victim checked the cameras on the Tesla that record 24/7 to discover that around 0924 hours, a subject parks beside the Tesla, gets out of their silver Lexus, ducks behind the vehicle, and scratches into the side of the Tesla using an unknown object. The suspect is seen on the video as a white male, approximately 5 foot 9 inches with brown hair and glasses, wearing a grey beanie, sweatpants, a black puffer coat with a light-colored undershirt and is carrying a blue and red bag with white stripes.

Planet Fitness staff was able to identify the suspect by his membership. The video camera at 0924 hours on March 24, 2025, shows the suspect walking into Planet Fitness wearing the same clothes and carrying the same bag from the Tesla video camera footage. He scans his membership card with front desk staff and proceeds into the gym. Suspect was identified by both his gym membership identification card, and his Pennsylvania Driver's License photo. A Criminal Complaint has been filed. Charges include Criminal Mischief (M2), Harassment (M3), Harassment (S), and Disorderly Conduct (S).
